He’s saying no because the reporter is clearly trying to bring up a false story for his own financial benefit on the video, or simply to get a good video, stating false rumors/reports, that is why Justin reacted the way he did which is completely normal. He was being real and pushing the camera man aside to let him know he doesn’t need to do that stuff, to “arise”, Justin is the man.
