There is no way you can be "just friends" with your first love. If it's that easy for you to just "be buddies" with them then you honestly never really loved them in that way to begin with.

They truly loved each other. I think they’re always gonna have a connection they can’t find with anyone else tbh. Their relationship was so talked about and publicized and insane that I don’t think they’re ever gonna be able to really forget about each other.
people need to understand this. everyone says he loved her than married someone in 2 months wtf! but thats.... exactly it. NO ONE does that, you CANNOT be over any breakup within 2 months even psychologically. so yes he got with hailey as a rebound.
Justin dated Hailey Baldwin before, during a period when he and Selena weren't together. Justin and Selena's relationship ending was for the best, for both of them. It had become very toxic and neither seemed happy.
I agree to a certain degree, cause she was the one who broke up with him ( really every time they break up) and let it be known that she was officially done with the relationship and ready to date again, but we all know the story after that. So yeah I wish she find somebody else in be happy, but I’m a fan of both so I really just want both of them to be happy. But, I respect your opinion and hope it didn’t come off like I didn’t.
I can totally relate to this... We met in high school, dated for 4 years. We were each other’s first love, we tried long distance after I moved to the US but it didn’t work, since then it was on and off thing for 9 years. He also dated someone else and would always come back again. I guess you never forget your first love but there also comes a time when you realize, it doesn’t matter if you still have those feelings, you need to walk away.
I can relate to the meeting someone and it feeling so right but it was the wrong time. I met someone but it didn't last long but i still love them dearly and i want them to be happy.
This reminds me of the song First Love (Boyz II Men version) Justin seems to be a whole different person now. He's lost and struggles with mental health issues but then suddenly gets married. It is confusing and sad at the same time.

Tala Shahrour well he’s the one that hurt her so there’s nothing negative that he has to say about her. He even said on his ‘roast’ with Kevin Hart and other comedians that he screwed up with Selena and played it off like he was talking about his monkey
