Justin will never start anywhere in the league after this year. He can work as hard as he likes won't change anything. His problem is upstairs.

Ryan Poles has not built a winning team until this offseason. Lets call a spade a spade. Luke Getsy, Coach Eberflus, and this Bears roster over the past 2 years have been very reminiscent of how bad the Cleveland Browns were for YEARS! Justin Fields is absolutely on the money and if they had made changes like they made this year, he would've made way more progression.

Just to try and be objective about it, I recently saw a graphic which showed how frequently teams missed the playoffs (and how recently) and obviously the Bears on the list a lot the last few years -- and Pittsburgh wasn't on the list. Pittsburgh, whether we like it or not, generally makes the playoffs.

Regarding JF1 comments & your evaluation & criticism; I'll just say this "it's a team sport " the QB must trust his players & when the talent levels are below average there's no way you can progress @ at franchise level.. step back a little and Evaluate what occurred by adding DJ, 2 O-linemen? 7 wins that should've been 9 or 10 but bad coaching on both sides kept it @ 7. JF1 stats showed yearly improvements and I do believe his potential has yet to be unleashed! Excuse but how many wins or championships @ QB at any level have you won? IJA😮😮😮

He improved from dead last in adjusted net yards/attempt to 26th. It’s important not to improve when you’re the least efficient passer in the NFL. Have you ever had a bad meal at a restaurant? Unless you’re a chef you can’t criticize the bad meal you ate.

People keep talking about JF1 development. Please explain to me how much do you expect a person to progress with no line, no weapons and a horrendous D the first year, one true weapon, a developing TE, a defense that's still trying to figure it out and an injured o-line for half of the second year. All while trying to learn from an incompetent OC? What JF1 said was not only true, he was being nice. Compared to what he had to deal with, the team has been set up much better for success.

He honestly had the worst Coaching staff and OLine In bears history.. And let's keep it funky. They already omitted it. They was never going to put the right players behind him because he was not their quarterback.. I played this game for 20+ years.. And i'm going to just say this 🤷🏽if justin get a opportunity to show out in pittsburgh and he plays great.. People will understand how important coaching and blockers are for a quarterback.. Brady had mediocre o-lines for at least half his career & save for Randy Moss; he made his receivers into stars, including Gronk. Drew Brees broke multiple records with horrible blockers & average receivers. Mahomes has a great line, but a receiving corp of Dropsy McGees, yet he won another Super Bowl. Great QBs elevate their teams 💯.

What came to mind as I watched this video was who is largely responsible for establishing the culture? On a football team, the coach on the organizational end as well as the GM. On the player end, the QB first and foremost. I wish Justin nothing but the best, he needs to focus on his job and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Regarding the culture for the Bears, we'll see but things appear to be heading in the right direction. Until that materializes into things like a winning season, winning a division, etc... it's all talk.

Haize, you are right, but we did not put this dude in a place to succeed, considering he had some things to work on as a QB. I wish him well, and I believe he is going to be amazing as a QB. However, the Bears culture is changing, and I believe we will see this in the upcoming season.

His, Fields assessment is spot on for what he went through in the past. Remember we have won only a few (5) playoff games since ‘85. The Owners are more to blame since they continued for 50 odd years to get some terrible General Managers, hence coaches. Abe Gibron! Jim Dooley! Neil Armstrong! John Fox! Matt Nagy! Marc Trestman! Justin didn't do his part, is that what Mr. Haize think? This coming from somebody who watched and analyzed every Bears Game is just DOWN RIGHT IRRESPONSIBLE. I ask Mr. Haize, what more could Justin have done playing behind a weak OFFENSIVE LINE with NO REAL CENTER that couldn't PROTECT HIM? He had only 2-Receivers, who could actually CATCH -PASSES AND SCORE, DJ Moore and Cole Kmet. Luke Getsy was HORRIBLE at Scheming, Creating Mis-Matches, Play-Calling and Closing out Games. Despite all this ADVERSITY surrounding him, Justin REFUSED to give up. JUSTIN LED THE BEARS TO A 7-WIN SEASON. In 2022 the Bears had a total tear down p o l e s sign 37 players to 1 year contracts they weren't going to be part of the culture in 2023 p o l e s got rid of 31 of those players and began signing free agents for real these were the people who would build a culture and that was just last year so Justin Fields is right there was no culture during the teardown because they're all new players coming in and out the culture of a team takes years and years and the Bears will get there
