Justin Ortiz: How to do a Sidekick-to-Backkick (Advanced Students) 

I love how you said to hit with your heel nobody ever says that for some reason. I try to land all of my kicks with my heel or shin. Specifically push and sidekick. I dont do tkd closest thing I trained was muay thai but I always landed those with my heel even though coaches would always say something different like the whole foot or the blade that just never felt right with me im glad your confirming my studies lol.

Coming across dis reminds me of how much an' y I wanna b able 2 do a middle split with little 2 no effort! Plus... as many "double kicks" as I've seen recently in MMA... yeah.
