Justin Paredes is the product of pure Hula DNA from both his parents ... from his father, 'Iliahi, for sure, a former Master Keiki Hula winner himself, but also from his mother, Haunani, who dazzled as a premier dancer with Keali'i Reichel. Justin's hard work, love for Hula and his heritage was put on full display in a well deserved recognition of his artistry. Congratulations to him and to his parents/kumu for an inspiring performance!
Fantastic moves and especially great footworks and arm moves; I really enjoyed it, however, I think you would have appeared better without the bow tie and shirt and wearing a fern lei and crown with bare legs instead; maybe next time? Congratulations & ALOHA!
