Thank you for sharing all this knowledge… it’s very useful… one thing I need to mention is I am struggling to understand how you can refurbish a 2/3 bedroom house with 25/30K… I am a builder and refurbished many houses and we are usually looking at 50/60k for a full refurb, am I missing something?
Thanks for watching! Would be interested to know which area you refurbishing? I think it depends on loads of factors. The location, the sqm of the 2/3 bed house, the level of refurb (e.g. back to brick, or not), etc etc. I will say that most my refurbs have gone up in price in recent years. Just 4 years ago, I did a full 2 bed refurb or £17k/£18k, but now majority of them are coming in at £30k.
@@JustinWilkins Hi Justin! thank you for your reply... I am based in Sheffield... usually we do heavy refurbs which include roof/rendering/kitchen / bathroom / modifying the layout / most rooms back to brick / all to high standards... really struggle to keep it below 50K!

i saw few videos from this guy he is absolutely clueless and somehow i dont believe anything he said and 100 deals Saj , samuel leeds and simon zutchy all 3 of them couldnt do 100 deals on a year and just watch his video on refinancing you will see what i talk about
Never been referred too as clueless before 😂 i'm aiming to source 100 deals this year, not buy 100 deals - I'm not sure I could buy 100 deals!!! My videos on refinancing are actually quite useful (in my opinion), in my videos I'm always just trying to share my experiences of buying, refurbing and refinancing my own properties.
Have to agree. This clickbait nonsense has to stop. Nobody with the resources to do what is claimed in most of these videos would waste precious time making RU-vid videos for peanuts.
