I feel so bad for Parsons you could tell he was fucking grinding those last few minutes, running through jello, but he exerted himself too early. Knight ran it smarter not harder.

Sad parsons couldn't pull that finish off, raced against him in high school and he was my counselor at a cross country camp I went to, good buddy of mine, great guy

there is no XC terrain in that race at all, so it should be called "grass running" instead

Bro are you serious, did you not see the hills on that course??? These guys could run more than a minute faster on a track. Are you expecting a bunch of mud and rain or something?
