I ordered from the juvias place website and didn’t recieve my foundation brush. It has been a nightmare to get the brand to re-send me what I ordered. Not very happy with the service I have recieved. I do not want a store credit that they offered me, I just want the brush that I paid for
Hello, I recently purchased items from your store and there was an issue with shipping. Not only did I pay for the items to be sent back to Juvias place, I was told that I have to pay to reship or get store credit which would not include the shipping cost I paid. I was not happy with this and ask if I can speak to someone else. Instead of escalating my case, I received an email days later with a promo code for nearly $9 less than what I paid. Frustrated, I reached out to another customer service agent and told them I would prefer to pay for the shipping so I can just get the product and never shop there again. Now I randomly received an email saying “thank you for your purchase” with less than half of the products that I purchased on it. I want answers from someone because this is quite literally unacceptable.
