Хочется сказать ! Эй ребята , какие вы все крутые , повторите тоже самое с нержавейкой !!! I would like to say! Hey guys, how cool are you all, repeat the same with stainless steel!!!
this is what exactly my boss thinks. the raw material already looks like an exist part what we put in then just press the green button. when it's finish we just open the door to take it out and put another one in. XD
Engine assembly lines have many stages of machining. So they do only specific machining needed for the part in a specific stage. These machines are built specifically for those operations. FYI, LMW in India are known for ridig build quality and durability matching Better Japanese and Taiwanese brands abiet a little costlier.
That is what I thought! It is aluminum casting. T1 - with right tool it can be cut at 300 inches/min.....I did that in first half of 90's! But maybe the machine has not required spindle speed and power...it might be some kind of garage toy!
@@jiritichy6855 i guess he is going slow to avoid chip heating because he is filming it without coolant ... without coolant the chips would jam in the tool . There is no reason to be that slow when you have that clamp system to save time
Never saw any slotting, and why the hell was it going so slow? Could have machined the whole thing from raw bar stock in that amount of time with proper speeds and feeds.
@@ranjodhsingh8638 have to be a little bit more specific there bud. Many factors come into play when figuring out optimal feeds and speeds. Type of material, tooling used, machine being used, holders, work holding, etc.
