I’m going in June 2021. I booked the Club 91. I think that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and drinks including alcohol.

Hi there. Thanks for the video. Can you please let us know how many restaurant they have. We're trying to book thru Expedia and they listes 8 restaurants. However, on JW Marriot website only 4 available? TIA

Expedia may be including restaurants over at the Marriott which is connected to the resort and you can charge to your room. There’s an Italian restaurant, poolside restaurant, breakfast restaurant, and a to-go counter in the shop at the JW open currently.

Great video. We normally stay next door at the cheaper Marriott but have always wanted to try this one because of the great pools. What was it like at the airport? Were there any special requirements because of Covid-19? Did the hotel shuttle pick you up?

Thanks answering me so quickly. I just watched the airport video. I have a few more questions, if you don’t mind. My wife wants to know if the gym was open. All I care about is the pool, hotel restaurants, and Champs sports bar (which I think you showed them all being open in your video - but do they still do the open hibachi where you sit and watch them cook?)😂😂😂

@@chrisdelboy4613 Gym was not open, but they did have several exercise classes available in the mornings outdoors. I believe hibachi was open, but it wasn't open every day (closed the days of our visits- if you're there on the weekend it'll be open).

Thanks for sharing! Planning on going to Cancun late November. Potentially this hotel. Were clubs and the like open? How was the night and social life? Were the hotel pools open?

Clubs not open, sadly. Probably won't be in November, but things could change. Restaurants were open and can't really comment on social life given we wanted to keep our distance from other guests to minimize exposure. Pools were open! Thanks for watching.

Breakfast is free for platinums, when I was there there was no buffet so can't comment on the cost. My upgrade was via certificates from Marriott. I loved our room!

The JW does have american beer- beers are around $5. Food by the pool around $10-$15 per plate

I'd say main dishes at lunch are around $10-$15. Breakfast around $10. Dinner, around $20.

@@tklein03 I think that the JW was really high quality, completely different experience than an all-inclusive. I did like the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun, though!

Yes- continental breakfast (which wasn’t much, in my opinion). We used suite night awards for our suite so that helped as well- not sure how space-available upgrades would go here without them

Matthew Bennett I was a Platinum and no, that was breakfast from my elite benefits. Not sure how included rate breakfast would work!

No wet clothes is basically the only one I could see.
