This was fantastic, I do like the music on the videos but I also like the raw sounds of the construction and the city. Love it!

@Losttouchjs Yes because the drone doesn’t have a mic.

Extending 2nd Avenue thru will be a game-changer! Residence and hotel guest will be able to walk up 2nd Avenue just a block to get to businesses, currently they have to walk all the way around Cobo Hall and cross Jefferson avenue.

Quite similar cranes to the big bridge cranes. 👍👍

That building would look better if it were taller like 50 stores

It could have been a better design too. A little more grand since it’s on the waterfront?

There should be 54 story office buildings on this spot since it's demolished

What they are going to build 44 story buildings?
@LeonardoRafael8
@LeonardoRafael8 18 дней назад
@thebestchannel5456 no I said they should build that since it's empty there

They should make all the buildings taller. I guess they're waiting to see if those shorter ones fill up first. Detroit has a lot of land to build on. Maybe we'll get a tallest building in the future

I know. I wish it was a nicer design.

I’m sure it will be a nice hotel but I must admit by building it so close to the watermark, next-door , that basically destroys the views of 40% of the apartments in the watermark, which is extremely expensive, many potential residents will not be wanting to rent those apartments, because of the destroyed view. Not particularly good planning about this location.

@@brenrenn8306 Very good point. Who wants to look out their window and see a hotel.
