Sorry I don't understand, what custom login screen means? Isn't that custom login screen? Are you trying to say that a login screen that doesn't contain this layout and remain separate. Login screen displays first, without any layout, then we will move further.

Thats absolutely fine, why to feel sorry. I even forgot the context of the reply..now i got it after reading the whole thread. Custom layouts like admin lte is a good option
I haven't used blazor since that time, it was a kind of experimental for me, trying to see what it offers. Right now i totally forgot the syntaxes of blazor. Because these days i use angular and .net core apis most of the time.
