I know everyone is commenting on Jaden talking about Nessa but I have to say him talking about cooper is so real. As someone who is 4 years sober I wish I had someone in my life when I was in active addiction like Jaden was there for Cooper. Yes, Cooper had to be the one to want to get sober and take the needed steps to now be 8 months sober but I hope Jaden knows how much of a positive role he probably played in Coopers initial journey to getting clean. I never knew about that situation prior to this interview. I just gained an enormous amount of respect for Jaden!

There’s a way of doing things and it’s really clear they didn’t go on the right way. I do not think they deserve the hate they got but we can’t say it wasn’t wrong. Especially after he cheated and mistreated her ex girlfriend for the past year and a half, he even admits to it.

Jaden is honestly so well spoken. His such a great guy, knows what he's talking about, knows his view on life, has his goals set, and he's a funny dude. His music is so inspiring and amazing and speaks to so many people, including me. It's crazy to see how far he's come just from the time between this interview and now.

Cooper was the best person that came in to Jaden's life and Jaden will always be the best person in coopers life it's so freaking sad that Cooper is gone now but cooper would want everyone to spend the rest of thar lives but you no I am so proud of jaden and I am so proud of cooper for what cooper did when he was alive he wanted to help other people that was dealing with mental health and drug abused like he did and you no I am so proud of him for that rest in peace cooper we all love you and miss you 🙏💔🕊️🤍
Wow this was a great interview I honestly didn’t know who he was I only saw him in kells short film tickets to my downfall. Listening to the album and watching this afterwards makes the songs much clearer and more amazing knowing the backstory of who he is. I can’t wait to see him live in October for the tickets to my downfall tour !!!!

yeah that's true, he always wanted to sing but he never grew up listening to any rock or pop punk music at all nor did he plan on going that direction. when he met with producers to make his first song they suggested a more rock direction because it would suit his voice so he just did and then he met travis barker and the rest is history... it is quite different to how artists were made before
I thought the same thing. I’m a nanny and have been following Jaden/Mads Lewis/TikTokers for a while because one of my clients was a teenager and always showing me TikTok and RU-vid adventures these kids have done. I find most the TikTok/Brat channel crew to have some true talent from a performing perspective so I’m actually not very surprised one of them made it as far as they have (Jaden being a “rockstar” now) but the execution is definitely industry industry industry shoved into our faces and to ditch their tiktok identity etc. I do think a lot of artists are made this way, but the thing I respect about Jaden is at least he’s honest about it. I’m totally loving the deeper meaning behind some of these songs too since I’ve been following the drama. DTA seems so relevant for his breakup recently.
