Это внимание направляется туда и тогда чувствуешь. То есть чувства без внимания не работают.. По последовательности работает сначала внимание заходит, а потом чувства работают. Вот может он вниманием это делает, потому что внимание можно не только по телу бегать, а из тела вынимать, предметы чувствовать, хотя я не знаю как чувствовать тела, не понятная тема для меня.
