Käsivarsi Wilderness - In the Northern Hinterlands 

Far in the distant North in the polar night three hikers start their skiing trip through the wilderness of Käsivarsi. During the one-week time limit the goal is to reach Lake Somas known from fishermen's tales and the what some call the most beautiful river in Finland, Valtijoki. The only things that are certain however are the harsh Northern winds, the deep darkness of the polar night and the legendary Valley of Meeko.
