Kırşehir Public Bread Factory carries out the bread production process using high-tech Kumkaya machines.
Flour is sifted and prepared with the Kumkaya ELM 750PI Flour Sifters Machine. After this stage, the dough is kneaded using the SP200K Tilt Over Spiral Mixer, thus ensuring that the dough has a homogeneous structure.
DM2002 Volumetric Dough Divider-Two Piston Machine is used for cutting and weighing operations. This machine increases the efficiency of the production process by cutting the dough into desired weights. Then, the dough is shaped into a round shape using the CM3000 Conic Rounder Machine.
PM416 Intermediate Proofer Machine allows the dough to rest before final shaping.The final shaping process is carried out with the LM2500 Long Moulder Machine and gives the dough a long shape.
KLM12 Steam Generator is used to ensure that the dough rests under ideal humidity and temperature conditions. Finally, the breads are baked in the high-capacity Tunnel Oven so that each bread reaches perfect flavor and consistency
