This is K'Sante, a champion with 4,700 HP, 329 Armor, and 201 MR, has Unstoppable, a Shield, and goes over walls. Has Airborne, and the cooldown is only 1 second too. It costs 15 Mana. The W CD is even refreshed when he transforms. He has true damage on his passive. Then, when he stacks Armor and MR, he gets Ability Haste too, Ability Haste to his Q, and his spell casting speeds up. Then, he has an AD ratio, so his W.....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

One issue is that people keep expecting him to perform like an offensive tank (the more common and popular tank type). He can’t engage or punish people for mispositioning. He protects and counters engage.

To maximize his ultimate stats, do the following build Aftershock, Shieldbash, Conditioning, 16 Magic resist, 9 adaptive, Last Stand, Legend Tenacity. Maw of Malmortius, Wits End, Guardian Angel, Deaths Dance, Silvermere Dawn, Jak'Sho the Protean (if s13 items are out, if not, Evenshroud.) This will maximize your stat gains from All-Out and general damage to defense ratio at all times. When you use R and Aftershock is available, your next auto will proc passive and deal nearly 5x the normal damage that the attack would do without the mark. Make your first hit in All-Out decide the whole fight then and there.

people say ksante as a tank is generally awful and they're not completely wrong. But the biggest problem of all I think is that his ult generally feels bad. It's not that it's bad itself, because it can be useful. But the feeling using it is just off. They end up behind you at the end if they don't hit a wall and it just feels weird

And tbh, he has 20 passives. 3 Attack Q woth knockup and in all out more dmg less cd no knockup, charge dash with unstoppablility and all out different charge, e solo, e dash to allies, e all out, all out, recast, through walls and not through walls. It is just not as much as Nilah but as much as nearly every else champ release. But another champ with 3rd attack mechanic, shields and dashes :)

I think the idea is great, but I've not seen a single clip of gameplay where he's worked as a tank/damage hybrid. He's another Rell, fun builds will make him okay at best but he's doesn't seem to be able to do what the design implies with any kind of success.

... the synergy being that it gives a lot of resists, so that ulting gives a lot of ad? that his ult doesn't actually lower his max hp but caps his current hp, so like all other hp-scaling items, it doesn't lose effectiveness if you use it during his ult? i mean those are certainly nice but i'm not sure if they're really the super synergies that make rushing stoneplate before you have any real health some secret op strat

Love the 80% slow on q, q knock up, dash, stun, r over wall, %health damage on his passive that all his abilities proc. Surely nothing is broken here because the win rate is in the perfect spot.

I returned to league after 2-3 year of inactivity. Seeing this dude now just shows how much Riot doesn't care about the community of this game. People are tired of dashes and this champ is loaded with utility, shields, stuns, knock ups, max health dmg.

His ult is very loony tunes, like he punches you through a wall, and then he’s already there ready to smack you back down. Makes you think if they stopped taking everything super seriously you could do some really fun things with cartoon physics or tune logic and we’d get another gem of a champ like kled

I think being able to exit the form early is a mistake. It's a vulnerable position to be in, coming with alluring rewards from your newfound AD. Being able to cancel it takes out all of the risk.

Its good cancelling for clash but going all in on 1v1 top its just a reverse kled where he fight more 1v1 with hes less health

The ult's already nearly unusable as it is, the "form" is purely a downside from a functional perspective and all you want to cast it for is the active. Being trapped in that form would just make him even worse as a champion than he already is.
