After more than a decade, I still can't stop enjoying the amazing Filho. Still my favorite!

It's amazing to think, Hoost was brutally knocked out before, during and after his prime but he still managed to have one of the most succesful fight careers ever despite all that.

フィリオってホースト、アンディ、レミーっていう技巧派にはやたら強かったけどガードがガラ空きでバンナやベルナルド、ハントの様な強打者には滅法弱かったイメージ。

Filho was in a great year in 1999. He didn't participate to the K1 GP because he was in the World Open Championship of Kyokushin Karate. And he won that.

Filho was so strong to this fight.... 106 kg against 91 by hoost.... two amazing fighters, real legends.... but I´m brazilian, and for me, Filho is a brazilian pride....

I just finished reading Hoost's autobiography and he said this ko almost ended his career.

@TAEKWON21 Yes he was, Filho was a world champion in kyokushin karate. He was the first who not come from Japan. He's never ended at the first place at the K-1. His highest place at the K-1 was the second place at 2001 in K-1 World Grand Prix

ホーストは、病気明けなので仕方がない。体重もいつもより軽くて本調子では、ないのだろう。

3:12 右ストレートを連発しながら走るとか（笑） ロープに詰まったから当たったけどまぁそこも含めてフィリオの強さなのかな（笑）

これはホースト不用意に下がった感あるな。 ガード固めてくっついてクリンチすれば良かった。 イグナショフやレミーならこんな追い込まれ方しない。

身長が高い時と低い時があるけど、ホーストだけ、体重ならわかる。バンナと対戦する時は189センチナゼ？

この前の試合ホーストが圧倒してたし実力差あるなと思ったらまさかの1RでKO。フィリオ1回くらいは優勝してほしかったよ
