Dude, why did the first minute actually feel like something that I always have play out in my mind, like some kind of terrible paranoia of me always thinking that whenever I leave my house I might be hit by a car or witness someone I hold close get hit. I hate how relatable it feels... it shouldn't feel like that, and yet I still have this paranoia to this day, even though I'm 17 now and am going to be a senior in high school this September. It's just scary, man, I'm overly paranoid of almost everything..
im also about to be a senior in a few weeks, your paranoia shows you care about people, and while you should focus on your health and make sure you feel good, you're a caring person and i hope you feel well
I’m 20 now and there ain’t nothing wrong with that “paranoia” I’m only 3 years older than you so we’re not so different but that feeling is just the realization that anyone could go at any second.So I would recommend to do just one thing that I do and that’s to hug and hold those you love while they’re here. There’s nothing embarrassing about loving those close to you so don’t make it embarrassing. And I’ve also found that no matter what amount of time you spend with someone after they’re gone you feel like it wasn’t enough time so just take 2 minutes to talk or sit down for 5 for a show. idk just a thought.
