I looooove K-Beauty lip products. The formulas are so unique. Can't find anything in the US like them. I'm so glad you like them too. They look great on you!
More Kbeauty try outs please! Would love to see how you like their glittery eyeshadows. They have them in stick, powder, pen, cream and jelly forms. I love them. My favorite eyeshadows are from Dasique. They remind me of the Makeup by Mario Ethereal Eye palette but tones are a bit lighter since it's geared towards the Korean market. But they are the loveliest shimmers to me ^^ And you absolutely can't go wrong with Korean liptints.
Sometime I hope you try the Amuse Dew Tint lip product. It’s a staining gloss that is MAGIC. It goes on very watery, but once it dries it’s bulletproof. I put it on one morning, wore it all day, ate greasy Chinese food, showered, and it still looked good. I can put it on once and then just put clear gloss on the rest of the day if my lips are dry and not even carry it with me. It does come off easily with remover though. Best lip product I’ve ever used
I love the A'PIEU Juicy Pang Water Blushes, they are so watery, blend very easily and look so natural! Also love the MISSHA Glitter Prism Eyeshadows, especially the shade Blue Hole 😍
Yes please to a Part 2 of K-Beauty. I love many Korean and Japanese sunscreens and beauty products, but have been hit and miss with makeup, including 3CE, with the exception of Shiseido. I too love KissMe Mommy UV Aqua Milk -it has been out of stock so it’s good to see it back.
I discovered Korean skincare last year and my skin has never looked better. After watching this I've realised I need to check out make up too! Would love a part 2! This look is so beautiful :)
Love this so much!! I’m super up for you diving into more Korean makeup, I think they’re really innovating with formulas. I remember like 15 years ago buying a Korean eyeshadow palette and first discovering wet look glitter and being amazed. Would love you to dive into cushion foundation, eyeshadow, and lip stains of all forms!! ❤
If you like the glowy tints, Romand is pretty popular but the old formula slightly dried my lips out, and recently discovered a holy grail Korean lip tint by the brand Amuse. The couple with coolish tones are the PERFECT everyday pinks and they even leave a stain, and is pretty long lasting. Would love to see you do more K-beauty videos! Korea is really popular for these type of lip tints over lipsticks and other matte formulas. Love your videos!!
@AmandaZ Oh and a more "high end" Korean brand called "HERA" is AMAZING for lip products, and just a bit more sophisticated in the shade selections.. their cushion foundation is reallyyyy famous too!!
Ok definitely need a part two! I’ve been getting a lot of kbeauty lip products, Romand’s water tints are my current favorite but I have that 3CE water tint in my cart too
Hey Amanda, I just wanted to say that at the start of this video your skin is looking fabulous. Its so bright and plump, just super healthy. You skincare routine is spot on. I would love to see a full on skincare routine video from you. Your the best at detailing what you use and why 💋
I was wondering if you use any Korean or Japanese skincare and if you do can you do a video on it and speaking of the latisse, I use on my eyelashes and I haven't noticed anything except for dry eyes and of course amazing lash growth so I'm dealing with it for now. If I notice anything worst happening I will have to give it up.
Yay! So glad you featured k beauty. We have a lot of them here and never know what to buy. But also! I recently tried canmake cheek blushes from Japan and it’s a really interesting formula. Cream to powder that I’ve never seen or felt with western blush before. Something you might be interested in trying!
Hi Everyone! I've been having some technical difficulties on my end with my editing software and 4k capabilities- this video isn't quite as high quality footage wise as I'd like but I appreciate your patience! Things will be back on track soon :)
Yes, part 2 please. I do want to get into K Beauty. I have an eyeshadow palette from Rhom & ND, if I remember correctly. It is similar to a Patrick Ta palette with less pigment. It is quicker to apply and less expensive. I like both palettes.
Your brows are wonderful without product! Of course to each their own with everything. We all have different preferences. You honestly have like my dream brows! Thank you so much for sharing all of these very cool and pretty k-beauty finds with us! 😊❤
Yes, part 2 please. I actually think the cinnamon eyeshadow would look good on you. Would have liked to see that on you. But of course you went for the Amanda shade. Love those blushes. ❤ Beautiful look 🤩
you’ve gotta try the romand lip tints they’re the most comfortable ones on the market imo and the juicy lasting tint has some really nice colours like i think you’d like 20 dark coconut in particular it’s a warm brown that reminds me of that merit lipstick you like a lot. they also just recently released a winery collection of the lip velvet which is more of a traditionally matte liquid lipstick but unlike western ones it actually sticks to the inner part of your lips and isn’t drying so you don’t get that awful gap of colour in between your lips. they had a tea collection and black tea was a unique burgundy brown with a hint of purple
Klavuu Glam Brown eyeshadow seems to be being discontinued😢 (I saw the information from Klavuu official online retailer in Japanese) I've just snatched it and am really excited! I'm so glad to see you trying Asian products❤
ooohhh i have two 3ce soft matte lipsticks from the deep under more deep series! i have it in shade eternal warm (warm brown) and sensual breeze (moody brown-ish red, like red beans!)^^ i do find that i have to prep my lips well before applying them since they're a bit dry for me and tends to clings on to the dry patches on my lips. but i still love them since they give the perfect blotted lip look, they don't feel weird on the lips and the scent is very mild for me (it has a "lipstick" smell to it but it's barely noticeable when applying and pretty much disappears soon after)
hi Amanda! I'm a new subscriber to the channel. I'm from Brazil and I'm loving your videos. I was really happy with this video! I'm a fan of Korean cosmetics and especially 3ce! The best makeup product I ever bought in my life was the mood recipe lip color mini kit. The colors are so pretty and blend and complement each other perfectly. I recommend the entire collection if you manage to pick it up.
All of the products looked so gorgeous on you! I also have “shimmering marmalade” from Amuse! I personally like the shimmer! It adds some glow n’ glam but in a subtle, more natural, way. 😍 I want more colors! I also recommend checking out the brand, Rom&nd! ❤ Their lip products are one of the most popular in Korea!
kbeauty have all my favourite lip make up. nothing compares in the western market. nicer colours, textures & better prices. i LOVE rom&nd glasting tints & matte tints, 3ce, Amuse and so many others. I love how they have more brighter saturated shades as i hate the nude look thats more popular in western makeup. for me id say i like western base products (nars, bobbi brown etc.), brow & mascaras but i like kbeauty blush, glitter eyeshadow & lipsticks.
I’m also a fan of the 3ce take a layer multi pot. Didn’t know they are now discontinued. Btw, you should try the 3ce plumping lips! And yes, more kbeauty vids pleaseeee. Thank u! ❤️
Also laka fruity glam tint has such beautiful natural ‘watercolor’ lip finishes and the colors are neutral to vibrant ! They smell like green apple jolly ranchers lol
There is definitely more of an emphasis on contour than bronzer in K Beauty: however, if you want to find something similar, I suggest looking into “shading” products! Hope this is helpful!
Asian beauty brands don’t do bronzer because the standard of beauty worships looking fair skinned and clear skin, so nobody wants to look like they got some sun. Another reason why shade range tends to be limited because companies tend to make base makeup in the ideal shades.
The asian perception of beauty is to have as pale a skin as they can ( thus not many bronzers on the k beauty scene). The reason I've been told is that to have dark skin, is to be a poorer outside worker, in the sun. So the paler your skin, the more you are to look like you are financially better off. Who knew ?
I have been looking for a cool toned space cowboy that is Actually wet looking for YEARS !!!! I love the wet sparkle and sheer base in space cowboy but even the base goes so orange on my skin and I only can ever neutral/cool looks from a personal pov. I thought I had it when you showed us Jaclyn Cosmetics Tinsel but it of course has been discontinued unless anyone knows a link .. or dupe Is there any way you could post some side by sides maybe on your instagram comparing the tone of Klavuu's Glam Brown with Space cowboy ?? (and/or tinsel) ??
I’ve ordered from Stylevana once before. My order had a tracking number, but ended when out of the country. I ended up getting my package from some US number. Does anyone know how it works?
