D.O. has never taken any acting classes. When people ask him how does he acts so well when he has no training as an actor, he said he follows the Director's direction/instruction. It took him about 6 months to learn the North Korean dialect. Also, all the members love to tease D.O. because they love his reaction. He is quick to retaliate but that doesn't deter them LOL! D.O. also is the maknae in another OT9 (group of actors) and they are Jo In Sung, Bae Sung Woo, Cha Tae Hyun, Song Joong Ki, Lee Kwang Soo, Kim Woo Bin, Kim Ki Bang, and Im Joo Hwan. They are very supportive of D.O.

KYUNGSOO brought me to EXO! I first knew him as the lead actor in the drama, 100 Days My Prince, where he impressed me a lot that's why he is my ult bias. Interestingly, it was EXO's cover of the Spanish love song SABOR A MI, which made me an EXO-L. KYUNGSOO's voice is heavenly! He also excels in singing in foreign languages. Finally my ult bias D.O! There’s so much about this guy you can love, his sweet personality, his sense of being true to himself and not putting on an act. He never depends on stuff like aegyo to get fans (he even hates it) he’s just a guy that enjoys what he does. He was actually scouted by SM after a singing competition at school. In the beginning he used to be a little more outgoing but he had a horrible experience with saesangs. They snuck in to the dorm once and stole/sold his underwear online, they stalked him everywhere. It got so bad that he stated once that he started to hate/get scared when seeing fans randomly. There also was another incident where he was on this interview type show and was asked to draw distinct things about his members. When drawing Kai he drew his face colored in to represent his darker complexion from the rest of the group (all he had was a sharpie to use) people got real mad at him and called him a racist and started to really hate on him. It’s gotten better now and we are starting to see his past self come back thank god but he still acts more reserved now due to his past problems. Do Kyungsoo is just incredible in every sense. He is one of the few vocalists who can make your heart flutter and cause a storm of emotions. He manages his deep voice and sweet timbre with such ease that the same part can sound completely different "starting very roughly and ending unrealistically gently". D.O. is super talented in both singing and acting. I remember when I was not super familiar with EXO and I saw him in Hello Monster. I was like HOLY who is this guy? Then looked him up to find out he’s in the group I had been listening to. Since there already some pretty great comments adding more facts and stuff, I'm just going to add a few: - If I remember right, he had something like 3 months to learn tap dancing to the level of someone that had 3 years (while also learning North Korean dialect), and he exceeded that requirement!~ He's had to learn and do things for other productions he's done and impressed crews with how he handles it; like his first drama when he did some stunt work with a bicycle... - He got his cooking license along with his mother, who he learned a lot of his cooking from, and he does a lot of stuff with her in his free time. There were many stories from soldiers in the military praising Kyungsoo's cooking and being envious of others who got to eat it^.^ - Someone else mentioned his friend crew of big name Korean actors, and I just wanted to add that he's does things like play golf, go on trips, etc with them~ - He also takes a lot of pictures, but because he doesn't really do sns we don't get to see them often. - Infamously paparazzo followed him for weeks+ trying to get some kind of scandalous pics of him doing *anything* and had to give up^.^ - Also, he nearly always dresses in black; there was even once where it was jokingly said that his underwear was probably black, too, and cue EXO checking and giggling when they were in fact black! - And, like most of EXO, he gets a kick out of a dirty/mature joke; he even once joked that thinking dirty thoughts is how you get your hair to grow faster, and that's why his hair grew back so fast after he had to shave it for Swing Kids^.^ - The English version of For Life came about when he sang it for someone's wedding; he thought fans would like to hear it & so he sang it for his solo stage during the tour [EXO members are seasoned wedding singers; you'll see lots of videos of them singing at weddings of friends & family^.^] Every once and a while, someone will start a nasty rumor that Kyungsoo intends to end his contract with SM/stop being a singer cause he wants to focus solely on acting. And, once you start watching lives and other content, you'll see how that impossible for any EXO-L to believe. Many of his brightest & happiest moments we've seen have been on stage or with his members. He does really love performing. And while many will play up his savage antics to his members to the point of saying he doesn't like them, that couldn't be farther from the truth! D.O. is the only soft spot I have in EXO, he's just so cute and adorable >.< About him keeping the Beagle line in check. He does. Except Chen apparently. Jongdae can touch and hug Kyungsoo with no fear of being hit :P He usually stands in between Kai and Chanyeol during concert ment, so you'll see the tall ones bug the cr@p out of him. It's kind of like a love triangle there sometimes XD The members love to bug him, just to get a reaction out of him. He's an AMAZING actor. First time I came across EXO was through K-dramas (Suho's and Sehun's too). I've seen Hello Monster before listening to them and let me tell you, he played his role so well that it creeped me out and I didn't recognize him when I finally started listening to them. He has 3 new upcoming dramas/movies that he filmed since he came back from the military last year
