The 'To the Beautiful You' drama which Onew sang was also Minho's first drama which he acted in. This was also Onew's first solo song and became it Minho's favourite because it gave him strength during filming. There's a version where Onew sang it live upon Minho's request in '48 hours show'

You were right the main lead is the actor with the mask although she was loved by 4 of the brothers including baekhyun😂😂😂 song joong ki is my favorite drama actor too, I suggest to you a drama of him called "arthdal chronicles" it's a masterpiece in my opinion but sadly it's underrated didn't get the fame that fincenzo got

v also did an OST for Itaewon Class (Sweet Night), it's an all English song and it's just soooooooooooo good!!!! also bts have multiple Osts (Stay Gold - Your Eyes Tell - Film Out) and the ost list of their game (BTS World) I recommend checking out "descendants of the sun" whole ost list , they are my absolute favourite.. there is also (in silence by Janet Suhh) of the drama "it's ok to not be ok", (i'm always by your side by John Park) of the drama "Vincezo", (Can you see my heart by Heize) of the drama "hotel del Luna" and (Breaking down by Ailee) for the drama "Doom at your servive".. korean osts are all really really good man!!!! ps: Gummy is THE ULTIMATE OST QUEEN!

The girl who played the main lead with Minho in "To the Beautiful You" is named Suli and she died a couple years ago because of suicide it was really sad especially right after Jonghyun in Shinee.

descendents of the sun was my first ever kdrama and seriously.... that drama had me in tears. the chemistry, the acting, the soundtracks and SONG JOONGKI, i mean i was whipped for kdramas after that that i dont even watch my own countries dramas anymore.lol.

Signal is such a good drama but it's so underrated. About scarlet heart, I'm still sad about it, at the first half your going to think that it's such a light drama but out of all of a sudden it suddenly becomes brutal but we need a season 2 lol

My favorite OST is definitely Ailee's "I Will Go To You Like The First Snow" from Goblin and I would love to see your guys' reaction to it. It's such a beautiful song, the lyrics, the melody, Ailee's voice and high notes.. ♥️ just perfect. Goblin's original soundtrack is 10/10

Ahh! I thought you were reacting to Onew’s new OST’s from this year but IN YOUR EYES!, Ahh I love that song and it makes me miss To The Beautiful You. Onew actually did the OST as a way of supporting, cheering for co-SHINee member Minho. The drama is Minho’s first lead role in a drama and Onew’s OST is like Minho’s character’s bgm/track.

The most famous SHINEE's ost is "Stand By Me" from "boys over flowers" drama. There is also live version of this

Scarlet heart ryeo is adapted from a Chinese drama and novel also called scarlet heart. Basically IU jumps in the water to save a drowning child but when she surfaces it’s in the bathhouse of the princes during the Goryeo dynasty (hence the name Ryeo; it’s the dynasty before joseon). She takes on the life of a person who is the cousin to the wife of the 8th prince. Her cousin took her in so IU lives near the palace and becomes quite close to most of the princes (there’s 8 princes we see but there is or was at least 14 and one princess). The king dies and basically there’s a fight for the throne. Obviously the oldest is set to claim the throne but there’s a large history of brothers killing each other for power during that time (especially since kings had multiple wives and the princes had different mothers and so would fuel the competition). Coming from the future IU has flashes of what she knows happened during this period in history and tries to remember who becomes king. But because kings often change their names when they become king she can’t be sure. But basically the lyrics is because at some point IU goes back to the present time. In the novel and Chinese drama they meet again but they don’t remember who she is but she remembers.

I absolutely love scarlet heart ryeo, I've watched it twice. it's also the saddest drama I've ever seen, it's starts off with iu's character sort of timetravelling back in time and her getting used to the life there and then it turns and since the time is really hard for surviving and getting power and it. gets. dark. really recommend!! also the ost is amazing - exo, loco, epik high, leehi, taeyeon etc. I really recommend Will be Back by sunhae im (she has an opera background), every time I hear this song I genuinely start weeping, it's beautiful and sorrowful

In scarlet heart ryeo drama masked guy was the love interest of IU but aside from that 3 other guys including Beakhyun liked her.

In the "SCARLET HEART" drama, the story is about someone who went back in time unknowingly, to the past, and was found herself in the royal palace (the names of the princes and the whole period - this is a real time), in a time when Korea was made up of 3 kingdoms. And she was at the strongest one. The girl looks like someone else, like a family member who was sent to the capital from the border city, and she gets into her character over time because no one believe her. She lives with one of the adult princes, who is married, and his wife is very ill, and when the wife dies, he develops feelings for the girl, and she too. Only it's not that simple. All the princes (who come from different mothers!) enjoy her and her attitude (modern, bold. Unacceptable in those days). The little prince (this is Barkhyun) falls in love with her too lol. The prince with the mask is almost the oldest brother, and everyone stay away from him. There are legends around him ,He's not nice and unfriendly. She is nice to him and tries to understand him. He does not know how to behave, neither as a lover nor as a friend. Meanwhile, the story gets complicated and complicates everyone's life. . the Queen mothers quarrel over inheritance when the father the king dies, the families close to the king (like the family of that girl the actress is mistakenly considered to be) come with requests and demands and rebellions. intrigue inside the palace, among the princes, and in the end some of them betray her, and she trusts everyone. She descends from her position step by step (those times everything went according to classes and hierarchies.) and suffers greatly, and none of the princes is really able, or available to help her . The history tells of a situation where one of the princes becomes king and kills all his brothers. Sudenlly she understand that the prince she knows is the king who's written about him, who killed his brother to be king. She recalls this suddenly, at some point, (the kings have throughout history been given different nicknames from their original name) and fears that one of the princes is the king written about him, who killed his brother to be king. Eventually, and in really sad way, it turns out that the reasons for this are different from what she thought (Of course this was made up by the writers). Eventually she is somehow thrown into the future, as if awakened from a dream. And we do not quite understand if it was a dream or a parallel world .. The series ends without a completely closed ending and claim that it was supposed to be a second season that did not come out at the end.

Gummy (pronounced as in gummy bear) is the absolute legend of osts. She, yoon mirae and davichi are definitely queens. And yes exo vocals are highly sought after especially chen!

Please another part of this in the future with Jessi's "my romeo"from Cinderella and the four knights as well as pentagon's hui "who am I " from vile city : bad guys. Please😣

The Japanese Drama that had BTS - Don't Leave Me as an OST are "SIGNAL" recently their song FILM OUT also an OST for the Movie part of "SIGNAL" ... The drama is about Two detectives communicate through a walkie-talkie to solve a cold case. One detective exists in the present day and the other detective exists 15 years in the past. its so good!

I can't believe people recommended a TTBY ost but chose onew's when J-min's Stand Up was the most popular at the time.

Scarlet Heart Ryeo is one of the most heart breaking drama i ever watched!!! You wont be able to move on once u watch it. Also for you by cbx is one of my fave ost up to now.

Hospital Playlist is a must watch, to put it simply, it's like ER/Grey Anatomy and Friends mixed together with a little bit of musical added on it... It is an easy going medical drama that focused on the friendship and daily conflicts of the doctors, no heavy plot at all.. The drama was designed to be 5 seasong long at least, with 12 episodes each season. Fun fact, Gummy's husband are one of the lead doctors role and the main singer of the group, Gummy herself admit that her husband is her rival in singing..

Goblin, descendants of the sun and moons lovers are the dramas that have the best ost ever, usually in a drama there are like one or two good songs maximum but in those dramas every song is good

Its so funny that Efra compares all other dramas with 'My Roommate is a Gumiho', being his first completed korean series. And I love how he starts to tell the plot of 'Vincenzo' and being so into it even if he's only on episode 4. 😆 Finish it Efra you will love it, you'll get your hardcore scenes with a lot of comedic scenes in between. Then follow it up with 'Descendants of the Sun' since you are now familiar with Song Joong Ki. Definitely one of the best kdrama for beginners, also 'Crash Landing on You'. Both should be in your kdrama bucket list .Oh btw, when koreans say a word with syllables having double vowels, they pronounce the 2nd vowel and drop the 1st one: Saranghae (saranghe), annyeonghasaeyo (anyonghaseyo), daebak (debak). I love this podcast! 😊💕

Sweet Night by V is the ost what break record of " PSY & Adela " song record on iTunes It's on every news channels on that time... Media said it - Taehyung is himself biggest promotion because the song got no promotion at all.. That was the surprise released before a week ending of the drama

I discovered SHINee because of Boys over Flowers. The drama was very popular, had a high rating and had a huge impact among people in the Philippines last 2010. I really love Stand by me so I searched the singer and until now I love SHINee. 😊❤❤

There is an OST sang by Im Sun Hae called Will be Back in the Scarlet Heart drama that is beautifully haunting. The song always came up whenever someone died in the drama. Each time i listen to that song I get goosebumps
