I love how K&L not only devote their time and resources to giving us great virtual models of locomotives that once were and still are, but also providing engines that build upon the lore of virtual railroads 😎 The team has created another masterful piece of art! 🎉
I gotta say I am quite impressed of that locomotive on how realistic it look and you put realism in your models I would love to see the D&RGW K-27, K-28, K-36, And K-37 narrow gauge 2-8-2 Mikados
Steve, i have nothing but praise for your work. Excellent excellent job my friend! And that last clip of 1083, I noticed another rusted steam engine being towed behind her. I think we can all expect another edition to the P&B Steam roster in the near future. Also, can't wait for the CP Jubilee and 3751 projects!!!
@@lukePMberkshire1225 I'm pretty sure that's 1086 pulling her rusted self. If the P&B were to get another steam engine, it would happen years from now.
It's been a hot minute since we've gotten a narrated promo from you Steve. So whenever we do, it's always a treat. Once again you've delivered another fantastic product for players of this game to enjoy, and a just as impressive promo video for it. Fantastic work as always
As a Kentucky native, I give this a 10/10, and having THE Bill Ratner himself be apart of some of these promos is always a treat. Bravo Steve, love to see what's next down the line!
As a Lexington native, great job on the research; especially at 10:13 with running the article in the “morning” paper and the locomotive being purchased by Baker’s.
Looks like the P&B got their own steam engine and it's looks so cool! What a beautiful story about 1086! Bill Ratner is a good narrator! K&L did a great job with 1086!
I was shocked when I saw the run time for this video was over twenty minutes. Very impressed, never knew this locomotive existed or that any of this was going on. Always love the content!
Very cool engine as always Steve! But man I wish you would give us the rusted up pre restoration version and the during restoration versions! That eould have been absolutely awesome! I feel like trainz could really use some more of them. The only other ones I know of are the dbev 4-6-0 and the rdg 0-4-0. Both made by you. Ended up using them for my strasburg "to be restored" line of locomotives.
(8:19) While the men are fishing and the train passes by, look to the bottom of the screen where the RV and a piece of a pine tree are. There are two bears hidden in plain sight.
I read that petition article 👀👀👀👀 I never thought that when I picked up the P&B off Jointed Rail all those years ago that I would get to witness this. It's been an absolute pleasure watching the P&B route, and this collaboration come together. I can't wait to pick up this pack and the new P&B 👏 🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃
DANG STEVE, THIS PROMO IS DARN GOOD!! Definitely buying this that’s for sure, keep up the great work man! Quick edit: Is the whistle squeal that whistle method you were talking about?
The 1083 looks like a Baldwin Locomotive Works or the American Locomotive Company built Heavy Pacific with a bit of a bit of a similarity to L&N’s 4-6-2s. L&N had their earlier K series Pacifics from the K-1 to the K-2 classes with a top stationed headlight with a few other additional features. Case in point L&N 152 who is being restored to running condition is the only survivor of the L&N’s fleet of 4-6-2s with two L&N steam switchers both 0-8-0s. Not to mention several surviving L&N tenders including some belonging to the Big Emma 2-8-4 Berkshires and get this L&N wanted to preserve one of their Berks, but they were too heavy or couldn’t find a place that wanted one.
@sebastiangiovannella7778 Either Trainz A New Era Trainz 2019 or Trainz 22 it's up to you cause this engine is currently in its earliest and possibly this one trs19 or 22 for now
hey where you get the crew members from that was checking 1086's bearings and greasing them? DLS? do you know the names of the assets? also the people too.
P&B is strong motivation to finally get 22. BTW, "sold for scrap..." shows the engine on felix_g's spectacular route of a few years ago. Any chance of that one becoming available?
The locomotive and passenger cars work for TANE, 2019 and 2022. The newer updated route is for Trainz 2022. There is an older version of the route available for TANE still I believe.
@@thewabashguy Believe it or not, the St. Louis & Lexington Railroad was, in fact, a real railroad. It was a successor to the Missouri Pacific Railway and was originally known as the Lexington and St. Louis Railroad in 1859 before being renamed to the St. Louis & Lexington Railroad in 1877 and only lasted until 1880.
It's based off the restoration story of a fictional steam locomotive that never existed. I want to see more restoration stories of fictional steam locomotives restoration.
I have a quick suggestion. Is it possible to make like a build up whistle. Like when you slowly pull the rope for the whistle and it starts building up slowly, is it possible to make that happen?
Question 1: how can I download this into trainz driver 2? Question 2: do you guys take train suggestions? Question 3: in what program do you use to make these models?
