You neglected to even mention the fact that Venomous specializes in biological experimentation, and that he's appeared in the background of episodes, spying on, or most likely observing KO.
Random thought- what if the reason KO's power level is so low despite all his effort is that his latent potential and TKO's current power level cancel each other out? Notice how KO goes from 0 to 0.1 once he really acts heroic, giving his heroic side more strength? Just a thought- but yeah what if his POW card wasn't glitching with "Level 100" and it instead read what he could be? That'd match what TKO showed...
Both Profesor Venemous and Carol have the same criss-cross, dip-into-your-inner-self technique that they showed K.O. Not to mention that they both taught K.O. that technique in the same place; at that little pond. So I beleive that both Carol and Prof. either have some sort of connection or were taught by the same person.
I think Laser Blast was KO’s dad but something happens that made “killed” him, since KO’s mom said his dad WAS a great man. But I think whatever “killed” him, turned him evil as professor Venomous, and that’s why he knows about KO’s powers, has -8 and Laser Blast has +8. Otherwise why would venomous know Anything about KO???
The best part is that even though we've been introduced to OK K.O!'s "Toffee" we are still getting more new villains like Cosma the dragon lady that is kinda in charge of Boxman that will appear in the next episode, "Stop Attacking the Plaza".
Maybe Laserblast and Professor Venomous were mortal enemies. Laserblast looks to be based on the X-Men which are mutants while Professor Venomous works with biology. With the x men Days of Future past, Scientists and mutants don't get along real well. They could also been partners. Professor Venomous being the one to give Laserblast powers Laserblast's costume has a red visor and K.O and Carol wear red sweatbands that go behind their eyes. Laserblast died before K.O was born and boom, possible K.O. dad. Proff Venomous has a reason to screw with K.O because he isn't done with Laserblast
What if laser blast (or whatever) is KO father! The reason Professor Venomous knows him is because of some freak accident laser blast became evil into Professor Venomous. But everyone thought he was dead.
Also they have similar facial details including the nose. They also have opposite pow levels Laserblast 8 Professor Venomous-8. They also share the same voice actor
No there was this episode that shows carols past and laserblast went into a portal before carol and him were dating and laserblast came back as professor venomous he wanted revenge on carol and mr gar so he expiremented ko and found tko a transformation he knew that if ko was really angry then ko would transform into tko
I really loved this episode very good I really wish K.O would have changed his dark side kinda like naruto but k.o is kinda of a kid soo yeah it's not time but I wished it happened it's like he's locking up a piece of him

Theory that seems kinda popular and believable: tko is power level -100 and at first ko was level 100, but then he became power level 100.1 (or 100.01 if you go by Dendy's analysis) which made him strong enough to later defeat tko Added: that would also explain his pow card initially reading 100, it didn't notice tko until in the fight ko started to doubt himself.
im pretty sure k.o s card says 00.1 but im guessing thats what your talking about and that he is over lvl 100 but the card simply doesnt have enough space to show the number, personally i think its a glitch where he exceeds the cards highest numerical limit causing it to crash and register him as a low level, to be honest it gave me an idea for a fanfic where hes a child prodigy and his power reading is fake to hide his actual power so evil doers are less likely to target him or convert him to evil and carol knows this but doesnt know his actual power lvl which is why in the ep shes so surprised
I could be wrong about the power lvl thing i dont remember it in the ep very well ... so im going to go watch it again also im sticking with the theory i came up with in an earlier comment of *ko dad being ryu from street fighter*
I have a lil theory that T.K.O is the reason for K.O's Pow Card glitch in You're Level 100 to be so high. There's even a hint of T.K.O's existence in the episode as K.O progressively gets angrier that he, a supposed level 100, can't even get close to Mega Darrel(?). I think T.K.O, fuelled by enough of K.O's rage, could have enough power equal to a level 100 hero, seeing as even with what anger K.O had, no one was able to match him
So if you look at the episode Know Your Mom and the picture of her and the rest of P.O.I.N.T we see Mr. Gar in the background, Laserblast, Carol, some unnamed characters, but most importantly K.O's dad. My theory is that him and Mr. Gar were going to catch a villain during a robbery and were on a stakeout. Mr. Gar went to get a sandwich and when he returned K.O's dad was dead, and he dropped the sandwich in shock. K.O's dad was a very powerful hero so his mom knew she'd need to teach K.O to learn to focus and remain calm, the theory is K.O's dad had the same light and dark thing and also kept his darkness under control. This is why Laserblast (Venomous.) wanted to bring out K.O's powers because he knew how strong K.O was since his dad was in P.O.I.N.T That's just my giant elaborate theory though.

Well, since the episode Glory Days came out, I have a feeling maybe Laser Blast and Prof Venomous are related? Brothers perhaps? And Laser Blast seems to be a good candidate for KO's possible dad, making Prof Venomous his uncle...just my theory.
I love professor venomous and fink.. I like to think of Venomous as a snake, but theres fink who is a rat, and snakes eat rats. I thought about that while watching the Hungry Meme by Cofsytile. good video by the way

Venomous is not the Shadowy Figure. it´s most likely to be brothers. it´s obvious by how easy it´s to see how this guy may be Venomous, but that he has spots on one side of the jaw. there are 4 spots on Venomous and 3 on the Shadow, and I don´t think the creators would make a sloppy mistake like that. and the sharp teeth and grey skin doesn´t match Venomous, so this is a different guy for sure. I suspect this is his father (yes, like you thought in the video) but as Venomous brother, maybe a more powerful and sinister who likes to manipulate people around him with ease. Carol had a short true-love with him, but had to break up for reasons, not letting him see (or even know) about K.O´s existence till recently. maybe he wanted to bond with his son by making him use the dark side of him (and indeed, this sound alot like Star Wars like you pointed out). strong hero, strong villain, come together in love, break up, father comes back years later and start to build up something bad. but there might be that Shadowy Figure could be an anti hero, which could explain why his negative number is purple and not the normal black like the other hero and villain cards.
What if Shadowy Figure is Laserblast? What if Laserblast survived after the explosion? Think. Lol. Shadowy Figure knew of KO. What if he watched him after all the years. He came back to unleash tko so he can get revenge on Point.
T.K.O could be an undeveloped twin, that Professor Venomous experimented on when Carol was pregnant *(still think HE IS the daddy)* unbeknownst to her as LaserBlast

Something a lot of people seem to overlook is that KO was on the news for being level 100 in the episode 'You're Level 100', but I like this theory better. There's also a chance that RMS' videos went viral from some of the fights he records and KO could have been featured in an epic fail video. If I remember correctly, RMS did record KO getting whomped by Darrell his first time. With everyone in the Plaza obsessed with technology and social media, it wouldn't surprise me either way.

You're looking at this the wrong way. K.O. Is based off of Ryu from Street Fighter so his inner darkness is based on the Dark Hadou. I think there is an Akuma like figure out there who can harness the same power T.K.O. briefly tapped into and Shadowy Figure is basically like M.Bison, trying to use K.O. to study the power of that darkness.
I think K.O maybe doesn't technical have a dad. Maybe Carol really wanted a kid, but couldn't have one. And since Venomous is a bioenginerr, maybe he helped Carol make K.O from her dna. If he really was on a team with Carol and if he was slowly going going evil, he could of put T.K.O in there as well, Prehaps on accident. If Venomous was Lazer Face or whatever his name was, maybe he and Carol used to be a thing? And that's why Gar also saw Lazer in his nightmare. Carol may not even know if Venomous used to be her friend, if he even was.
Isn't it obvious! We all can watch the new ok ko episode Glory days and see that Carol (Silverspark) was hitting on Lazer Blast. They then went out for something to eat together, and I agree that Lazer Blast is now Professor Venomous. And if you think about what Carol said about Ko's dad and him once being a good man, you think about Lazer Blast to Venomous. And the way he reacted in the episode makes you think,"How does Venomous know about Ko when this was the first time he's seen Ko?" Unless Lazer Blast is Ko's father who was once a good man turned into Venomous who is evil, and asks as if he's seen Ko before, and not just that one time.
I don't know why, and there isn't really any basis other than my conjecture, but it seems like a group of villains is trying to form based off the seven deadly sins. TKO would be wrath for obvious reasons, Lord Boxman would be envy for his jealousy of the heroes' ability to make friends (which would be why he is so obsessed with destroying them, Elodie would be lust for her love of popularity (not quite a villain yet, but her betrayal of Enid could be an indicator of it), Cozma seems like a likely contender for Greed. Not sure about Dr. Venomous yet, but he'll likely be pride. Again, not sure if this is what the writers are doing, but it would be an interesting development.
To me tko was kind of a power puberty. Like how he said stuff like it’s just a phase. And all that. But K.O.’s power puberty was more like this evil power surge because K.O. is extremely powerful, but just hasn’t unleashed his potential yet.
What if Carol isn't KO's birth mother? If Carol rescued a baby KO that was previously experimented on and decided to be its mother, hence why she quit point, why she doesnt know about TKO, and why KO's dad is no where to be seen.
I have a very quick theory which i cant help but notice fits terrifyingly well and even sort of explains k.o s evil side and that is simply that his father is ... *seriously dramatic pause because i'm surprisingly shocked at how well this falls into place* ... Ryu ... from Street Fighter ... who also has an evil side suggesting its genetic XD
Adding all this with the thought that venomous = shadowy figure = lazerblast would fit if you think lazerblast could be k.o.s dad....inherited turbo power from him?
my theory is that Venomous is either a old member of carol's team and is k.o's dad. again Most likely laserblast, He might have been a victim in that sandwich accident and turned evil. maybe no one even knows laser blast survived.
I think K.O. Got his dark powers from his dad who was evil until he fell in love with carol and had K.O and professor venomous was his evil mentor or K.Os dad was a hero and professor venomous was his arch enemy.
Tko power was showed when a giant robot Daryl hit him into the ground tko was a shadow when k.o was born tko formed into a shadow but k.o didn't know about tko behind the scenes no one noticed tko powers when k.o almost got smashed by a giant robot k.o's father is Mr gar because tko was strong like him and his mother tko formed when giant robot darl destroyed k.o's pow card then a purple spark appeared on his arms and dendy knew about tko before k.o did
I think for me it's laserblast because as we see from mr gar he was part of a group of point with laserblast and carol and they all have 8 power and no one could be that strong besides point and we have carol and gar so laserblast could be shadowy figure and laserblast has seen tko so he immediately recognizes it

Idk why, but I'm starting to think that k.o's Pow card was not a glitch, seeing how strong t.k.o is. He destroyed a giant robot, which I'm pretty sure would've killed Enid and rad if he didn't show up. And not even Mr. GAR COULD STOP HIM!
