Aw man, if you like VIXX this much at 50% power you have got to watch some of their classic stuff (debuted 2012!), since with this current lineup they no longer have their 2 baritone members. 👀 Rather than one ongoing storyline they typically have a strong concept per comeback, with a few exceptions--mainly their 2016 'Conception' trilogy which is a single story told in reverse chronological order. That would be a great place to start with them if you want some kick ass music and mvs! (Dynamite, Fantasy, and The Closer). VIXX set so many kpop trends, from chokers for male idols to colored contacts 🤓👍
Can't believe you are finally reacting to VIXX!!! BTOB and VIXX are two of my favorite groups. VIXX was originally a 6-member group (debuted on May 24th, 2012), and now there are 4 members: N, Leo, Ken, and Hyuk. Their leader, N, couldn't participate in this comeback due to scheduling conflicts. VIXX is known as the Concept Kings of KPOP. Everything of their each release - MV, lyrics, choreography, and makeup - sticks to a certain concept. VIXX is so unique in KPOP and every song and performance of theirs are absolutely unmissable. A fun side note: VIXX shares a heartwarming bond with BTOB, and their interactions are sooo cute! N, Hyuk, Jackson (of GOT7), and Sungjae formed a temporary group called Big Byung and released two songs. Interestingly, Hyuk and Sungjae attended the same high school and are of the same age. VIXX got their first win with “VOODOO DOLL”, an intense track exploring the dark theme of toxic relationships - a common thread in many of their songs. The MV is so intense that it's rated 19+. My personal MV favorite would be "Error". The MV masterfully blends the concept of cyborgs with amazing music (kinda like “Fiction” by Beast) and a great storyline. Their most-viewed MV on RU-vid, “Chained Up”, has the concept of being love slaves. And this album actually came with a physical slave contract. In 2016, VIXX released the Ker trilogy: “Dynamite”, “Fantasy”, and “The Closer”, drawing inspiration from Greek mythology. Their last comeback before Amnesia was "Scentist" (scent + artist) in 2018, inspired by the movie 'Perfume'. They also released a single “Gonna Be Alright” this January with Leo, Ken, and Hyuk. For their live performances, I would highly recommend Shangri-La at 2017 MBC Music Festival. I remember that after VIXX's performance, every artist in the audience rose in applause. If my memory serves me right, BTS's V was the first to stand up! After that, due to the popularity of this performance, they were invited back to Music Core for a re-performance. Other than the entire group, don't miss “Beautiful Liar” (composed by Ravi) by their subunit VIXX LR. That song is a masterpiece, showcasing their versatile musical talent. Beyond the tracks and stages mentioned above, VIXX's entire discography is exceptional. Their mastery in delivering different concepts through both their music videos and live performances swiftly reveals why they are called the Concept Kings. Can’t wait to see more of your reactions to them!
VIXX was originally a 6 member group who debuted in May 2012.. 1 member(Hongbin) departed from the group in Aug 2020, and another member(Ravi)departed in April 2023. They are currently a 4 member group. This is the FIRST comeback VIXX has had in 4 years. Only one member is missing from this comeback and that the Leader who goes by the name N (Real Name is Cha Hakyeon). He choose to sit out this comeback. They are CONCEPT KINGS in kpop.
VIXX is a 2012 male group. The concept kings. Not a storyline but more a wink to previous concepts. And YES, vocals are insane, all (3 current members in this cb) are musical actors too.
In order of appearance is Rami (16, Korean), Rora (15, Korean), Pharita (18, Thai), Chiquita (14, Thai), Ruka (21, Japanese) and Asa (17, Japanese). There is a seventh member, Ahyeon (16, Korean), who is on hiatus right now and should join them later. They had a pre-debut song called Dream and this is supposed to be their debut song. Also, you don't have to react to it on here but you should check out Last Evaluation. You not only get to see their personalities but their skills as well. If you don't want to watch each episode in full I believe that their performances for the show are online.
Soyeon, Winter, Liz were NEVER actually in the same location at the same time. They filmed the MV separately and recorded their parts separately as well. Liz mentioned when she recorded her parts she never heard the other girls parts or the finalized song. She waited for the official release to hear the final product..

After watching all your BTOB stuff, it really made me happy to see you give VIXX a try. I’m a Happy Starlight Melody. They’re great friends too. Leo and Ken are among top vocalists in the industry. Both groups are 2012 babies. You should defo check out more VIXX.
Baby monster first time i didn't like it, but then i remember that song somehow and i play it on my car and..... Buum it sound hard with the amps bro!!!!! 🤯
It is the official debut for Babymonster, and I am also of the mind that it is not unique, and does not stand out, it is similar to other YG songs/groups, they had a real opportunity to be different, and they chose to play it very safe.
BABYMONSTER stuff (PLAYLIST) (ALL) (From the announcement of the group to the debut. Yes..... The playlist has it all) : ru-vid.com/group/PLG9J3dru6j3sWnpA1KjjdGyn3nKfaltb5&feature=shared
People don't realize that having the YG style again, well so did groups like the Bee Gees , Motown groups. what's the big deal, YG just doesn't want to be like the other companie's groups, and their formula is working better than the other's, 2NE1 and Blackpink have proven it.
Baby Monster's debut song is disappointing compared to all the insane stuff they did before their debut ...yep ..YG is a professional at killing talent 😂 ... You can check out some of the members' live performances, you'll lose your mind pat 😅
