I’m 50 years old, saw the God’s Menu video at the end of February and was completely mind blown with their music; it had been DECADES that a group had made me obsessed with their music. Honestly, Stray Kids are the absolute best. I flew out of state to see them in concert 2 weeks after listening to them for the first time…even more impressive live!

I didn't like K-pop, still not a big fan, until Stray Kids. They're not like your typical kpop grp, and that's what draws ppl in. Not all their songs go hard, but they have a lot of good variety. There are so many songs to recommend. Thunderous, Miroh, Hellevator, MEGAVERSE, our rap line in the song 3RACHA, Maniac, Easy, just such good variety. Stray Kids write and produce their own music, and their music has grown with them as they mature. Our rappers are on another level, and truly have a passion for their art. The whole group ranges in age from 22 to 26 and debuted in 2018. Stays are the fandom name, and we come in all ages, races, sexualities, everyone is welcome!

My daughter has turned me & her Dad -2 metal heads- into STAYS! We love the boys in this house, so freaking talented! 💜

It’s always so amazing seeing people discover stray kids for the first time. Their sound is so different from most other kpop groups, it sets them apart and it’s created a huge and dedicated fanbase, as I’m sure you’ve noticed from the comments. I'm so glad you're enjoying them. They're amazing! They're honestly incredible in every area. The Rapper you've pointed out is Changbin. He has a beautiful singing voice too. Thunderous is a fun mv. They have so many beautiful ballads as well. For the holidays, 24 to 25, Winter Falls and Christmas Evel are great songs. They're really sweet and humble guys and their concerts are sooo fun. They're a gift to the world.

I know several people who were convinced they’d never like K-pop and then they found Stray Kids. I think a big part of what makes them stand out is that 1) they are self produced 3 of the members write, produce, and arrange like 90% of their songs but all 8 do help with the writing and producing from time to time which isn’t super common in K-pop. Usually there are producers that are hired by labels to create the songs for a group which they’ll perform. So sometimes the songs will lack the emotion compared to if they actually wrote it 2) one of those producers (who is the 3rd most credited artist in Korea Music Copyright Association with over 180 song credits in the last 5 years) is actually Australian which I feel has had a big influence on their sound as they tend to use a lot of EDM, trap, and rock sounds which makes it stand out from the more poppy side of k-pop plus he’s also the main person to produce and arrange the songs 3) all of the members can dance, sing, and rap. Some of them have one they are more skilled with but all 8 of them can do all 3 and all do it well. 4) their rappers are some of the strongest rappers in k-pop right now. 2 of which are part of their producing unit and are also excellent vocalist, to the point it surprises other artists when they start to sing and I’m talking like hitting high notes really sing because they thought they were only rappers and wouldn’t be able to sing. Glad you’ve been enjoying their music. If you like rap their producing unit 3racha has some songs you might be interested in. If you’re a fan of grime or drill they have a song called 3racha which you might like. They also have a song called HeyDay which tends to be well liked by rap fans when they are starting to get into Stray Kids music.

He's the one who has chosen all the members (the only group to do this), he's the main in the production unit (3RACHA) of Stray Kids (this unit produces all of their songs, othe rmembers too produce but they are the main ones). He's the vocalist-rapper- dancer (cuz all of them don't have fix position, they can do all) he's the eldest of the group 5:50 Lee Know - The main dancer of the group, leader of the DANCERACHA (dance unit of Stray Kids). He and the fellow danceracha members have hands on the choreographies of SKZ, he is also a great vocalist (one of the most stable vocalists in the group) 0:50 Changbin - One of the main rappers of the groups, 2nd member of 3RACHA and you won't believe if I tell you he's also an amazing vocalist, you'll be shocked to hear him. He's one of the fastest rappers in the whole industry of Kpop 2:53 Hyunjin..... Rapper-dancer - vocalists and one of the main visuals in the group. He's under DANCERACHA and one of the main dancers. His visuals are the most praised by Stays (Stray Kids fandom) 1:10 Han Jisung - Goes with his stage name Han, he's the ACE of the group. He's under 3RACHA, is one of the main rappers, can hit vocals which even surpasses the main vocalists of some groups, and is one of their most influential dancers too with amazing stage presence, expressions and visuals. He's everything you'd ask for in an idol. Ace of aces is what we call him 2:10 Felix.... Aussie #2, Idol with the most wide vocal range, he seems god gifted. He's under DANCERACHA and you won't believe he can go insanely high with his vocals, really soft and even that deep. He's also one of the visuals (well, everyone is) 3:04 Seungmin.... The main vocalist of the group, here comes the 3rd subunit (VOCAL RACHA), he's incharge of the main vocals in the group. Also, he can rap really really well. Not the mention, the most savage member of the group. 3:16 And here goes the last member I.N, maknae (youngest) of the group. He's under VOCAL RACHA and again, his visuals are goddamn unearthly to me. He's the best treated member as for being the youngest and everyone loves him so much. They have many achievements and broke many records [highest pre orders on an album in history (5.13M on 5-star), debuting 4 of their albums (Oddinary, Maxident, 5-star and Rock Star) on Billboard 200 consecutively, them being the first ever group to do so, top album sales on billboard this year, highest consecutives on billboard charts, and the list keep going]. If you really enjoy Felix's voice and Changbin's (The one you complimented) and Han's rapping you should definitely listen to and watch the "Megaverse" music video! I recommend "Easy" too. That has my favorite Changbin rap. I wasn't really into K-pop either but Stay Kids just hit different.

I always say Felix brings people’s attention, but then you can’t help but appreciate OT8. Every single one is freaking amazing in their own way. Just like how you were picking out Changbin for his rap and I.N (handsome), he actually has an amazing singing voice like Seungmin. Funny thing, the “visual” title was given to Hyunjin at the start of the group. Han is known as the Ace of Aces. All are fantastic dancers, but Lee Know is considered the best in the group. I just started listening to Stray Kids myself this past June and they are the real deal for sure. I highly recommend you check out: Easy, Domino, Venom, Megaverse, Topline, Thunderous, Social Path, and Superbowl. If you want to listen to more of their rap performances, Felix, Changbin, Han, and Hyunjin have a song called Muddy Water. Changbin, Han, and Chan are the producers of the group and they have a subunit known as 3RACHA with a bunch of their own songs, like Heyday and a song called 3Racha. Han has a lot of his own songs, like Volcano and Alien, and Changbin has one called Cypher. The list can go on and on!

Felix effect is like a gateway drug, you hear the depth and control and suddenly you are a fan and liking them more and listening to them. Changbin and Bang chan are also good. The song case 134, back door and Thunderous are excellent.

some easy-ish ways to tell them apart: felix- obviously deep voice, aussie accent changbin (the rapper you liked at the end of gods menu)- really buff, the main rapper with a deeper voice hyunjin- long hair, often dances in the middle, tallest (not sure how useful that is for music videos tho) chan- aussie accent, wears lots of cropped tops, also buff seungmin- sings lots of higher notes han- the one who raps and sings, the main rapper with a higher voice lee know- dances in the middle, sings falsetto lots i.n- fox like eyes, has a really unique singing voice idk how much this will help lol but hopefully it does a bit

The contrast in all of their songs is what makes Stray Kids so great. It goes from a calm melody to a hard rap so quickly. You wouldn't expect that to happen, so when it happens it makes the song and experience so much better. Felix was defiantly the cherry on top for Stray Kids. The guy rapping at the start of S-class, his name is Changbin. He's the lead rapper in Stray Kids. Highly recommend listening to their songs Thunderous and Comflex! As a person who LOVES rap I strongly recommend Topline (rap heavy song featuring Tiger Jk, who pioneered rap in korea), Megaverse, Freeze (dub-step beat), Easy (more of a chill mainly rap song), and to get more familiar with them I recommend listening to their debut song District 9 (rock/hip-hop inspired). FYI I didn't like K-pop until Stray Kids either, but I feel like their music, personalities, and the fact that they have control over their music and make it themselves really stood out to me. After Stray Kids I think western music, or any music for that matter, doesn't hold a candle to what they make. The production is just amazing, complex, and super super different from anything else we get. And if you really get a chance to read the lyrics they are super in depth and witty! In my opinion the craziest part of God’s Menu is Hyunjin is actually on the race track with those cars. It’s not green screen or CGI, you can even look it up, he let out the BIGGEST breath of relief I’ve ever seen.

Not all of their music is this style. They have other songs like winter falls, gone away, cover me, leave, sorry i love you etc... But if you want more like this then I recommend Venom, comflex, thunderous, megaverse, topline and maniac. Their songs also talk about things like anxiety and have deep meaning in them. They are also a self producing group!
