That's so true, but also so untrue at the same time. Some people are the monsters who don't care. While others like most, know, and feel remorse because we know that we can't do anything about it. But we also feel sympathy for them, as well. We know what it feels like to be hurt, too. We hate seeing our idols hurt, and especially as a HUGE member of the multifandom community, I see it all the time. I totally agree! At my school people formed a group to hate on kpop specifically. It’s b/c they think dat they’re not good looking, they can’t even sing, and they’re fake. But they don’t even realize the struggles they have to go through. They aren’t able to see their family, extreme diets, practice everyday, and preform non stop. We don’t see what they have to suffer thorough or the challenges they face. So I always want people to view them as people b/c we all have dreams to pursue and everyone shouldn’t be judged so easily. They are almost classified as another species, overworked and treated like dirt. They are bombarded with tons and tons of hate comments each day. They practice day and night, working nonstop, away from their families. They work tirelessly for fans and for their companies. They work until they faint. They must present a happy, energetic version of themselves 24/7. They think about pleasing others, even if it means to sacrifice part of their wellbeing. They. Are. Human.

Sadly they only lasted for less than a year. They contributed a big piece in the kpop industry aswell as the survival show field. Also, because of the the survival show lasted for a while. The current season of produce 101 "Produce X 101" ended and formed the group X1. Basically a show that makes temporary groups. And ioi was the first group. And they had a special piece in my heart. The last stage was when they performed in their last performance with the song "downpour". You should watch it.

They have so much pressure on their hands already and calling them out as lazy or even saying that they aren’t as important as the other groups or members are rude. They try their hardest everyday to please us and many people still judge them everyday. If idol gains one pound some people starting hating on them calling them fat, or when they don’t give their all on stage their lazy, or when they aren’t as popular as the other members in the group their worthless. They starve themselves to make us happy, they force themselves to practice all day and all night for us, they don’t get much sleep, they put in as much work as the other members in their group they shouldn’t be named worthless, untalented and lazy. They all worked their butts off to get to where they are today and people who think they don’t deserve it are wrong in the head. Try starving yourself for days because someone called you fat for gaining some extra pounds because you were underweight and unhealthy or because your company doesn’t like it, try not sleeping for days to please people who don’t appreciate the things you do sometimes and still calls you out for it, it’s not easy. They may not give their best all the time but they try, idols are human not robots, they have feelings, they feel pain and sadness. And it’s always the “fans” who apparently love the member with all their heart but when the idol makes one simple mistake they switch up so fast and start sending the idol hate comments. We’ve already lost people because of it, please stop and realize that your words can be effective and it hurts people.

I am amazed at myself too this . I loved this one group before. (They already disbanded) There are a times where they did mistakes but actually it was a misunderstanding. I was telling myself it is and it is. And one of them is dating another k-idol. I was upset for 1-2 days but the feeling just got away because I realizes that its their choice to make and our choice to accept.
