You had better to aks lawyers about Kroea law . More than 80% of Korean women who go to nightclubs like burning sun to do so with the intention of having a one-night stand. Just ask them directly. These so-called victims have one-night stands and receive millions of dollars. In our country, sex workers receive tens of thousands of dollars in free government support. Discrimination is due to ignorance, so educate yourself. BBC girls get money(1000,000$) from bigbang Actor Lee Sun-kyun was falsely accused of sexual assault by self-proclaimed radical feminists from the Daum Kakao Cafe (Yeoseongsidae), which has 840,000 members. After succumbing to their threats and extortion, paying them hundreds of thousands of dollars, he tragically committed suicide. Evidence of blackmail and false accusations was presented to the police, leading to the arrest and subsequent confession of the perpetrators. They were sentenced to one year in prison. This story is currently being covered by Korean media outlets. Many K-pop fans, predominantly women including radical feminists, also contributed to the tragic deaths of Shirley and Goo Hara with their hurtful comments. Shirley was targeted for her appeal to male audiences, leading to relentless online harassment and her untimely death. Goo Hara's suicide was likely influenced by this negativity and the Werther effect. These individuals frequently gather on Daum's official community, Yeo Seong Si Dae, which is known for its 840,000 extremist members. Within this closed community, Shirley was unjustly demonized and became the target of a relentless witch hunt. Under the Women's Protection Act in Korea, men often bear the burden of proving their innocence in sexual assault cases, leading to convictions based solely on accusations. A notable example is the case involving Yeongsu Oh, an actor from the "Squid Game" series, where the only evidence was the accuser’s diary. This legal bias was also evident in Lee Sun-kyun’s case, where false accusations led to devastating consequences. Statistics suggest that over 80% of Korean women go to nightclubs with the intention of having a one-night stand. However, the court often renders guilty verdicts based on the presumption of guilt in sexual assault cases while being more lenient in cases of prostitution and drug crimes. Despite Korea's minimum sentence of 10 years for rape, some argue that the penalties are still too lenient. Korea refers to rape as "robbery rape" and follows the principle of presumption of guilt. The 840,000 members of Kakao's women-only Daum official cafe, Yeoseongsidae, who have been implicated in criminal activities for sharing videos containing personal information of minors, have surprisingly received little attention. Insights from Reddit posts have brought to light the site's reputation for unlawfully distributing facial and nude photos, as well as personal details like addresses and names. This underscores the crucial need for direct permission from the operator to join. Notably,The exposure of this information didn't stem from formal reports but rather surfaced through disclosures on Reddit, where a former USFK member revealed the situation. The Kakao official cafe gained public attention for the first time due to its association with the former President Moon Jae-in's Democratic Party, which had close ties to the police chief who overlooked the Burning Sun scandal. Consequently, Korean media outlets like '뉴데일리' refrained from reporting on it, showing deference to the party's influence. However, it wasn't until the recent revelation of the site's criminal activities by the US military personnel that it was first brought to light. If you look at the on the site and you can show what information is being shared, they secretly filmed a minor wearing a school uniform and commented on it, saying, "he has a pretty genitals," "The face and nude photos are cute who is 17 so perfect as a sexual plaything." This crime is pubilcized for the first time in medias and newspapers because United States Forces were also recently targeted. 😊

## Overview of the Training Recruit Torture and Murder Incident A significant point of focus in this incident is South Korea's policy of promoting civilian women to officers in the military through a quota system. This female officer, who had never seen sunlight and had extremely fair skin, imposed additional heavy burdens on the recruit and failed to take appropriate medical measures even as his health deteriorated severely. This incident tragically involves the death of a recruit due to torture during military training. ### Incident Process 1. **Recruit A Enlistment**: - Recruit A enlisted in the military. - Recruit A had been in the military for only 9 days. 2. **Excessive Burden and Torture**: - Despite already carrying a heavy military pack weighing approximately 40kg, Officer B forced Recruit A to carry an even heavier load. - As a result, Recruit A's health deteriorated significantly, and despite requests for help from fellow recruits, Officer B ignored them. 3. **Tragic Outcome**: - Due to the excessive burden and torture, Recruit A eventually died. - Subsequently, Officer B attempted to cover up the incident, but it was exposed due to efforts from medical institutions and military officials. ### Controversial Elements 1. **Gender Disparity in Punishment**: - Many people criticize the fact that Officer B, as the perpetrator, received not even an arrest or investigation but instead a month-long vacation supposedly for mental stability, solely because she is a woman. However, South Korean women in their 20s and 30s tend to distort this as a "Chosun Dynasty exile measure" and implicitly support the perpetrator due to her gender. - Politicians are wary of the response from young female voters and have thus faced criticism for not handling the incident appropriately. Given the significant political influence of women in South Korean society, it is important for women to bravely report such incidents to the media. However, currently, very few Korean women have come forward with this incident to the press. Seoul National University's Happiness Research Center and Kakao Geachi jointly conducted and published the "ABOUT H: South Korea Happiness Report 2019" (21st Century Books) on the 9th. Professor Choi In-cheol and the research team from Seoul National University's Happiness Research Center also held a press conference at Gwanghwamun Vertex Korea on the same day. The survey targeted 1.05 million people over the past year, accumulating a total of 2.27 million records due to the possibility of duplicate responses. The research team and publishers claimed it to be the world's first and largest "national happiness research project." According to the survey findings, women in their 20s and 30s exhibited the highest levels of materialism, the lowest gratitude index (degree of felt gratitude), and the highest prevalence of neurosis (emotional anxiety). They also showed a high tendency to compare themselves with others. Professor Choi stated, "The answer to gender differences lies in neurosis. Women in their 20s and 30s showed the highest tendency towards neurosis," adding, "Women in their 20s and 30s also had the lowest levels of gratitude. Therefore, they exhibit a heightened sense of victimization, mistrust towards others, and a significantly increased likelihood of explosive and aggressive behavior even with minor stressors. 28ehe

Therefore, they exhibit a heightened sense of victimization, mistrust towards others, and a significantly increased likelihood of explosive and aggressive behavior even with minor stressors."dndueh

- A 20-year-old man who completed his military service in Korea returned from military service 10 days ago. - .2024.6. 27. In Dongtan, Hwaseong, a Korean woman in her 30s reported to the police that a man touched her breasts and genitals, and the woman kicked the man's genitals and ran away. - Currently, there is only the woman's claim and the man's counterargument, with no substantive evidence. - The man was threatened by the police to stay quiet, and the man who had just been discharged from the military is scheduled to be imprisoned under the principle of presumption of guilt without any evidence. In this way, the Hwaseong Tongtan Police Station in Korea has achieved the highest rate of arrest of sex offenders. This is Korean law. Korean women in their 20s and 30s have made a lot of money through false accusations, and this is the popular culture of Koreans in their 20s and 30s. In a Korean women-only community, many know-hows are being shared on how to report men for false accusations and receive settlement money.Don't ask laws online community. Ask lawyers about Korea law.

Don't ask laws online community. Ask lawyers about Kroea law. More than 80% of Korean women who go to nightclubs like burning sun do so with the intention of having a one-night stand. If you look at the on the site and you can show what information is being shared, they secretly filmed a minor wearing a school uniform and commented on it, saying, "he has a pretty genitals," "The face and nude photos are cute who is 17 so perfect as a sexual plaything." This crime is pubilcized for the first time in medias and newspapers because United States Forces were also recently targeted.## Overview of the Training Recruit Torture and Murder Incident A significant point of focus in this incident is South Korea's policy of promoting civilian women to officers in the military through a quota system. Therefore, they exhibit a heightened sense of victimization, mistrust towards others, and a significantly increased likelihood of explosive and aggressive behavior even with minor stressors. jshsj3838383u
