There's a quote in the MV from Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche the German classical scholar and philosopher. The lyric's talk of temptation, the imagry is about falling to temptation and showing childhood toys and letting go of childhood.

Rm co-wrote this song and was a major contributor of the lyrics, especially the English words. Given his intellectual wordplay he purposely chose - Manhi - one of 6 Korean words meaning "more" in this context! He knew English speaking audiences would hear MONEY and make it catchy!!!! 😅😂 🤣 The black wings make an appearance in several BTS and solo members' MVs.

Great reaction. Most of their songs/videos are written or co-written by members, RM & Suga primarily, but all of them as well. They use a lot of themes based on literature.Blood Sweat & Tears takes a lot of it's lyrics & symbolism from the book Demian by Hermann Hesse. Most of their videos have a behind the scenes or making of video also that are worth checking out.

Btw I don't know if anyone's told you this but kpop groups always to behind the scenes filming videos for their music videos. So if you really love an MV you can easily find an english subbed making of video on youtube. Also, this MV is all about the story Demian by Herman Hesse (about the temptation of evil, the spoken quote near the end is a line from it). The album this is from (Wings) is also based around that. You should watch their short video teasers for the album; Wings Short Films; each teasing a solo member songs from the album. There's a compilation of them all on youtube. That was the album that really launched them into stardom. BTS often did MVs/songs/albums based on philosophical stories; Spring Day's MV was based on both a philosophical story called The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas and the Sewol ferry tragedy.

All their songs have storylines. It's almost telling that they have to struggle to not get sucked into the world of fame and fortune. BTS have always maintained their Down To Earth personalities. They strive to stay grounded for themselves and their Fans( Armies). It is hard because there is so much pressure. What with the HATERS and just the prejudice of these types of People.

Hi, all the members of BTS are genius in their own special way. But my bias is 'V' not just for his visuals but his voice. The husky baritone/jazz/soul/ and ability to reach quite high notes. He does a single solo song with BTS plus the solo album he recently put out (please check this out) i 💜 U

BTS concepts are album themes not normal kpop concept which are all about visuals.

That's I think spell it as Abraxas it a Mythological god that's neither good nor evil, both male and female and kissing the statue of is akin to kissing and embracing temptation and all that come's with it accepting that to grow up you have to leave childhood innocense behind.
