Jk doesnt rap as much because basically he has a massive workload already as he does all the song guides for the groups as well as being main vocalist and one of the lead dancers .... only so manty hours in a day lol. Also he does a large amount of the add libs and backing vocals for the other singers.
yes V growls very cool, V sings a lot of old BTS songs, and the one who cut the hair was V... btw he cut the wrong hair 😅, he thought he was cutting the wig that was put on his head, it turns out he cut his real hair, you can see it in Behind scan of the making of this video
Same! I love the Dance Practices where you can hear stomping, shoes squeaking, clapping, and breathing hard at the end. Danger, Boy With Luv, and Blood, Sweat & Tears are my favourites for that reason
BTS back then started out as a hiphop band....they mainly focused on hiphop back then. Now they can do any genre of music and us army we love it. Jungkook has told us recently he wants to do everything he wants to go back to rapping and he even mention doing opera and etc as well lol. love your guys reactions
This is very early BTS, and they had high hopes for this single, but it did not do as well as they had hoped, and they felt really down about it. I love it, and it’s got killer choreography. The dance practice is incredible.

BTS Debuted as a HIP HOP IDOL group. They were doing mainly rap and R&B when they started. They put out 4 albums, this is the fourth one called Dark and Wild. The first three were the School Trilogy albums, and they talked about issues adolescents deal with in School growing up, and this was their transition from school to the Youth Era. This is one of my favorite albums, but I have many favorites. You also have to remember that they were ages 15 to 20 when they debuted. So they were so young and the topics they cover were things that their age group was going through, and they were writing their own songs for their albums. Their sound started to change as they started growing up. I'm going to link you a video I think you will find very helpful in your BTS journey. It's a video essay by Boracity Magazine (She's OG ARMY), and it's an introduction to BTS's discography. It's really helpful and informative. I really think you guys will have a better grasp on BTS if you watch it. You know ARMY's will watch it with you. By the way, the video covers chapter one of BTS's journey, because right now they are in chapter two, and that will need it's own video. Because all seven of them are doing solo work. Yes the song is a banger, they are beautiful, and they dance wonderfully, but the video is also triggering for any woman who's experienced domestic violence. "I'm warning you--you're in danger" "why are you doing this to me?" "are you fucking kidding me?" "are you playing with me?" And all of that accompanied by images of the smashing things with their fists and bats, setting things on fire. I really wish that the relationship was resolved peacefully within the song and its video rather than left open with the suggestion of escalation. In case you want to respond, I've already heard: 1. "They are just telling a story, they don't endorse violence." They don't need to--they are making an attractive, glamorized display that goes right to the feels. 2. "They are showing normal teenage boys, who can be volatile." True but most of them manage to avoid violence. 3. "It doesn't bother ME, so you must just be paranoid." Grow up--you're not the only person in the world. 4. Make your own video then. Man I LOVE this song and it's not talked about as much as some of their other songs. I feel like they dug into their past and built on it in the newer music. I agree, raw and crazy funky mixed with Rock. 🤘❤️🔥
If I remember correctly, then danger was on their album dark and wild and they recorded it while filming for american hustle life in america. The boys were so tired back then filming the whole day and at the evening the recording started.
You guys should seriously get into some dance pratice soon😁. You haven't reacted to a lot of songs with dance pratices yet so there aren't many options but this one for instance is one of their best choreo imo (at least from the early years if nothing else). Now that you've heard the song and seen the music video I highly suggest dance pratice reaction to it💜🙌🏾 Edit: also not sure who suggested you guys to watch the other version before the original 😅but I definately would have said watch the original with the MV first lol. Like you said you can much better feel what they wanted to express in the original version of their songs and MVs while other versions are meant to show a different aspect of the song (or rather show it in a different light)
I haven’t explored this era in depth yet, but to me it conveys that “look at me all the time or never look at me again” angsty/volatile attitude towards “romance”(and pretty much everything else) teenagers everywhere seem to share at some point. Too many people seem to never outgrow that phase, so I am glad they did. I know “the girl” in a song represents something else more often than not and I’m looking forward to finding out if that’s the case here, but its “energy” is relatable.
