Easy Korean Kimchi Soup
1. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add ground beef (or protein of choice) and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add your kimchi and sauté for a bit.
4. Add gochujang paste, sauté.
5. Add shitake mushrooms, sauté.
6. Add Napa Cabbage, sauté.
7. High quality H2O and bring to a boil.
8. Add your eggs and mix it up a bit.
9. Add you fish sauce seasoning.
9. Add Frozen Dumplings. Cover with lid for a few minutes on medium simmer.
Serve and garnish with green onions.
