good stuff , but theres a problem if you use a blimp and windscreen you cant put it on this bag , also the microphone is not safe if you let it on the boom , i think it is not 100% enough to arrange all sound stuff , but good for documentaries
Nice design, but glad I waited to see this video before buying, because I'll skip it. Not doubling as a harness is a real missed opportunity. They could have easily made the flat back (laptop pocket) zip all the way around to detach.
I need the harness at the front too. I wonder if I can "make that happen" somehow. I would be using this as a "documenting on the move" bag, I won't always need my mixer. I will always need my boom (with a recorder directly attached)
It depends on the harness. Because of the rigid spine on the K-tek harness, I'd recommend putting it inside the bag it came with and clipping it to one of the loops on the back. If you have a different harness without the rigid spine it could fit in the large pouch on the top.
