The South African Human Rights Commission in Eastern Cape is taking suspended DA MP Renaldo Gouws to the Equality Court over his alleged racial remarks. Provincial manager Dr Eileen Carter explains the urgency of approaching the court. "The use of the K-word in SA law is considered hate speech. Our law is clear on this that is why we deemed it urgent to approach the court," she says.
