ROXANNE TORRES hello! yes may copy ako ng I-129f packet pero di nmn hiningi during my interview..I feel you sis ganun din ako dati sobrang kaba pero after 2 questions ng consul mawala na yung kaba mo. If sa Saudi ang interview place mo just memorize your US address, phone number ni fiance at mga basic info kasi base sa experience naming apat madaming questions sila pero mostly basic information lng nmn. My advice it to also take a very recent statement from you and your fiancé saying that you agree to marry. This was my mistake and the reason why I was given a 221g. If your case was processed during covid then you must have updated documents for EVERYTHING. I would also take the things that you don’t anticipate needing. Some things can catch you off guard!
I am just about to have an interview with my fiancee in Vietnam. We are very prepared, it's bona fide relationship and we have a company helping us. Our interview is later in September. You should have been notified of all documents needed during the interview. This is the risk if you are doing it completely alone without any professional assistance. You should have known that you needed your son's birth certificate. It's a very unfortunate mistake and something that should have been avoided. A mistake like this can cost you and your partner many more months of agony and waiting time. Unbelievable! I'm sorry.
We are sharing our experience and everyone has the freedom to handle their petition anyway they chose. However one does not need to hire any so called professional , these steps are simplistic. You're correct the info was supplied to us we just happen to overlook. This only set us back 1 week. Its truly not a complicated process, just time consuming. Side note: even the so called professionals make mistakes which cost their clients money not the company providing the service. DIY saves you thousands. Lil is here with me now in the US and we are getting married tomorrow 9/14 , it a "bona fide relationship", hehehe
I have received 221g/pending documents on k1 visa interview. But problem is that i need invoice id number for uploads documents on"CEAC " site. But nvc don't give me that id . @@LilJeff yes open sila but hindi sila nagpapasok without appointment. So kumuha lang po ako ng form dun tapos sa police station na po ako mag finger print. Pwede naman daw po yon and I’ll try to mail it today po. My friend in the Philippine is already waiting my documents and he’ll get the nbi for me. Thank you for responding maam.
Hi sis. Nasend ko na ang nbi ko sa embassy nung November 11 pa sis. Kaso today nag email ang embassy na 3weeks review daw sis. Balak ko pa naman na sana umalis ng firsweek ng december.

Divia Tom Did your fiancé gave you an engagement ring? If yes try to ask him about the receipt because the consul may ask.About the dress code its okay not to wear hijab and abaya. PS prepare yourself for a lot of questions the consul may ask but mostly its all about your personal information and your fiancé. Bring chat logs, pictures together and any other evidence of Relationship you have. Good luck!

Hola, ask ko lang sis you mentioned sa Saudi Arabia ka nanggaling , ask ko po about sa requirements na galing sa Philippines like (PSA Birthcertificate, CENOMAR, NBI Clearance) kelangan pa po ba ipa Apostile/authenticated sa DFA natin lahat ng docs.? I’m in the other country rin kase, from here i’ll wait for the NVC letter and next steps for K1 Visa Interview ko. Thank you po.

Yung pinasa ko sis hinde namn need lang original tapos provide a copy kc ang original documents ibalik nila yung copy lang keep nila pero not sure ako sa ibang county kung ibalik ba ang original. Kung may document ka lang na hinde written in English like police clearance dapat naka translate sya sa English...thanks
Ahha thank you sis. No need na ipa authenticate sa DFA- Philippines. Ng start na ko mg pakuha ng mga requirements ko from Philippines while waiting sa NVC letter. Kasama rin sis yun PSA Birthcertificate ng son ko sa kelangan iprepare.?

Kung magpakasal kayo sa pinas spousal visa talaga kunin mo hinde fiance visa.. kung gusto nyo ng fiance visa dapat d2 kayo sa US magpakasal...medyo mabilis ang fiance visa pero pagdating mo d2 sa US need mo mag apply ng adjustment of status after ng kasal nyo $1,225 ang fee..if spousal namn medyo matagal ng konti pero pagdating mo d2 sa US greencard holder ka na agad at pwede kana agad magwork...kung ako tatanungin mo like ko parin ang fiancé visa kc habang nagprocess kayo ng kasal nyo d2 sa US may time pa kayong mas makilala ang isat isa pero mas mahal lang ang processing fee compared sa spousal visa

I have a question maam we filed K1 visa application but we misunderstood it we didn’t put the names of my children because I don’t bring them with me. Then when I knew that I have to put them on my application so I changed my DS 160 and put their names on it. Does it cause denial because our application from K1 to the USCIS didn’t coincide. Please let me know thank you...
@ Wellma Ermita Did you mean your petitioner answered no to question Part 2 item 39 page 7? The question is Does your beneficiary have any children? You can make correction in your DS160 form and just be honest during the interview . I don't think it will cause denial

If not it’s hard for you get a police clearance outside Saudi ..if you’re filing for k1 visa the US Embassy will not ask you a police clearance from Saudi because they know its hard to get a police clearance there..but if you still in Saudi the first thing you will do is ask a endorsement letter from the embassy
@@LilJeff hi yes im not in saudi for now only before,and now im here in singapore,maybe the embassy give me a referral letter for getting police clearance,and there is a website that they will give so you can fill up in that..i dont know yet but the others experience already,,anyway how many months before they approve u waited before the u.s embassy approve ur k1visa..??
arlyn tacloy hi since you’re out of Saudi now it’s kinda complicated.. the first thing you will do is to have a duly accomplished finger prints you can do a finger printing in the office of NBI then you need a representative from Saudi. You will send your authorization letter, the finger printing, copy of your passport and 2x2 pics to your representative and your representative will submit the documents to Philippine Embassy for endorsement. After getting endorsement letter your representative will pay online to MOfa or ministry of foreign affair 30 riyals then your representative will go to the office of Mofa for attestation of the endorsement letter. After that he will proceed to police station to get a police clearance (Ministry of Interior) It takes 7 days.. After having a police clearance your representative will come back to Mofa for attestation again he/ she needs to pay online 30 sr.. after attestation your representative should go to accredited English translation office inorder to translate the police clearance from Arabic to English. After translation he/ she will come back to Philippine Embassy for red ribbon..
@@andylarbi6234 hi there! it took 2.5years before I got the court decision and 3mos for the finality of the annulment and 3 mos to get a copy from PSA.. I spent a total of 215k.....I guess my case took so long because I did not pay the lawyer monthly or the judge want under the "table money ".
@@LilJeff thanks for the information. So i filed for my fiance who has a foreign devorce from Canada. My attorney told me the US embassy in manila will accept the foreign divorce without any issues. She went for her interview on October 1, 2019 and they either need an annulment or her foreign divorce recognised. Theres no way her filipino ex husband will give her a copy of his citizenship documents to have it recognised. At this point it looks like she needs to have an annulment. I am very disappointed. Can you give me the attorney you used information please?
Maam ask ko lang po kung hiningi po ba sa inyo yung decision ng court sa annulment or yung mc lang po na may nakasulat sa gilid na nullity of marriage kasi wala po kasi sa akin ang decision ng court.
Rajkumar Rijal it took 3 days only I submitted the documents July7, Embassy received July 8, July 9 case updated, July 10 the status is ready then July 11 the status is issued.
@@rajkumarrijal7036 just follow the instructions and you will be fine. They return my passport too. Just submit the required documents together with your passport and the 221g letter. Goodluck!
