It’s good to have an idea but at the same time these interviewer can be easy hard etc. You might come out feeling you did well on your interview but denied. Example like in the US with SSA. I want to be easy on you then okay. If I want to be hard you don’t get it. If you are someone that your case fall in my hand denied so many times but you still continue to keep applying... Im going to said maybe you really are so you got it. It can’t be something like every person who come for interview is approved. Don’t matter how good that person feel. The best thing is never give up if you got denied this year. Tried again next year. Your denied could be missing something or completed denied. If it’s something then get it for them. I did visitor visa for my ex-sil’s mother. I did online on my computer and ex sil paid the $160 fee. 2-3 weeks her mom went to the interview and didn’t get it. I don’t know what the reason is because I don’t have her login info to check what the reason was. This is illiterate people so just left it alone. Next year we did it again and the mother got it. If you got $$ to throw around hiring a agency to help the paperworks then go ahead. I know here they were charging like $3000. Remember it’s your interview denied or approved that Embassy will give you the visa. I feel sorry for people who wasted money. Did you know that all visas is $160 fee for processing only. It is a lot of paperworks or questions but do it yourself. Depending on the country. It could be submitted online. If not you would have to print it out and scheduled appt with Embassy. When my daughter went to study abroad in Spain. Stayed over 3 months so visa was required. I did her visa application. Print it out wrote a check for $160. Took her to her appt to turned it in at the Spanish Consulate. Forgot the university or her school had to give all info in Spanish too. Pretty much you got two set one English and the other Spanish. If they denied her she won’t get to go study abroad. One of her sorority sister was supposed to be her roommate but when she went to the interview she forgot one document. She just forget it. About 2 1/2 weeks they approved. We went back to the Spanish Consulate to pick up her passport with the visa stamped. This place is 2 hours away from us. If you know San Francisco and how crazy traffic is..... I paid my daughter last remaining tuitions. Got her plane ticket. At least she enjoyed it. Had fun and didn’t cried or feel she can’t do it. I wouldn’t want to be mad at paying college tuitions. Even though she only did a semester not whole year. She’s home safe otherwise she will be there when the covid outbreak was crazy in Spain. They told everyone to go home if you are not citizen.

Remember, Each CO will be a different person. Each will have their own set of questions. So your questions may be different. Prepare for all possibilities
Great advise, you are so right. I did mine in Singapore and I think I had it pretty easy and fast compared to Marianne's. I was prepared for the worst; most important thing is to just relax; don't overthink, don't volunteer to divulge information, try to organize your documents; they don't want to see you all over the place with them, be truthful because for some reason they are able to see within you. There was only one person who interviewed me (US Consulate, I vividly remember a heavily-bearded white man).

@@jtablizo2 I was a first round plaintiff. I sued. After judgement I emailed nvcexpedite and the embassy over and over again with the order attached and they got everything moving. But they're all mouth breathers, I literally had to email 5 times. On the 5th time I cc'd the lawyers and magically it all started moving two days later. Best of luck!

Congratulations, Now I remember when I had my interviewed , thankful I done it. The questioned they were asking me was not difficult. Yes true what you said about the interview about the pictures of your fiance just bring few. The interview focus on what you are writing on the forms you filled up. You're lucky, I had 2 batches who failed the medical exams. Do not hire a lawyer my husband hired one but my hubby the one doing the paper works.
My fiance&I were decided to get married in the Philippines. He’s from USA too..Because of fiance visa its a lot of requirements&procedure!! So We ask the atty.spouse visa its better than to fianceVisa..

Hello , good evening my fiancee filled k1 visa last 2019 and our visa got stuck last year and now its 2020 no news, my fiancee already send all the documents that needed but now my fiancee no email or no news for the visa thats why until now , i didn't do anything like getting all the documents that i need here in Philippines bcoz is not my time yet to get all of it, bcoz they said our visa got stuck bcoz of covid thats my fiance's lawyer said, i hope there is a good news this year for my k1 visa, congrats both you and god bless u🙏👌

We have same case sis pero yung papers ko ay nasa NVC pa and they said they can’t forward my papers yet to the US embassy Manila cause of the suspension of routine visa services due to this pandemic. congrats!!!how long have u waited for ur visa since the day ur fiancee submitted the I-129F? coz we have submitted ours since january 2020 and everytime we want an update and call,they would always say they are not processing yet due to covid.and we even requested for an expedite process...

We did NOT use an agent ☺️. I originally wanted to but Mariane said we can do it ourselves. Turns out she was right. There are a lot of resources online. You don’t need an agent. It won’t make things move faster. If we can do it, so can you! We have other videos explaining our k1 journey, NOA letters, embassy interview, and CFO on channel as well 😊
