Hi there, thanks for the video, Just wondering if the tank needs emptying before dropping and whether you know the diameters of the pipes after filler neck?

Mannnn im soo glad i looked on here...i have 2002 nissan micra, and been filling with a hose pie due to fuel pissin out of the filler pipe (its so corroded putting metal nozzle at petrol station just put hole in it, sad day going to pay for petrol flowed onto floor, with price of fuel this yr !!) its like bigger than £2 coin, so ill be doing this sometime this week....glad i watched as had no idea how to get pipe out....n also breather..didnt know...cheers mate for this !!

hi, can you tell me if on a micra 2003 model it would be a similar type of job? My daughter has a hole in her fuel pipe neck and when she tries to put fuel in, 50% ends up on the floor and trying to find some where to fix it is proving difficult.
