Why no moisture barrier for the marine ply against the main wall?

How heavy is the I-beam material being used on the ceiling?

Did you not want to install cavity trays then?? Cutting lead in 20 mm to the motar bed doesn't stop water penetration from above.

How much would it cost?

hmmm....if u still like orangery/conservatory roofs in 2020 !! looks a bit old hat to be fair....

No edge protection on roof, tower scaffold without guard rails . . . accident waiting to happen!
