New generation software, easy to use , based on Mitsubischi touch screen and PLC System for axis control all digital with profibus connection. Feeding system L 1500 mm with stroke repetition, variable feeding speed. Clamping system with special vice.
Touch panel from which you can setup:
- trim cut
- nr. 4 different cutting lengths for each tube (other on request)
- unloading position (front or back side)
- manual moving of the machine
- visualization of the alarms. Hydraulic system with independent settings for feeding pressure vices, clamps. Head with tilting movement from bottom to up. Variable speed motor with Torque control system from 30 to 90 Rpm.
