In 2018, KOMMUNIKATION 9 dedicated itself to the allure of the spontaneous! In the brand new series BLIND DATE, eleven artists selected by curator Jens Düppe meet at five dates a year at the "Salon de Jazz" in Cologne - without knowing whom they’ll meet.
All of them are masters of their arts, all of them curious about what to expect. As with the classic blind date, the result is open. The improvisation becomes a playfield of possibilities.
