Would it work if i have a 4 inch deep area, and i fill 2 inches with compacted paver sand and then 2 inches of compacted decomposed granite? Im trying to install the turf myself correctly but also to save money
hi Samuel thank you for your question we don't use sand as it holds the wee and is not a good compacting product for the base work this will intime start to wash away leaving the base uneven this is what we have found . thank you

What is the material put into the grass at the end to crystallise the urine and prevent odours called please? I couldn't quite make it out Zee something?
hello Dean thank you for your question No a weed membrane is a no no as this will hold the wee we have found most base work if done correctly there will be no weed growth this is normally air Bourne growth and more so with sand filled grasses
