Krem Puri : Krem means a cave and Puri means a Mermaid. Therefore Krem puri got its name from a rock that is there inside the cave which is similar to a Mermaid.
Krem Puri is a well known sand stone cave with a record of the Longest sandstone cave in the whole world. It has an approximate length of 26Kilometres.
It is located deep into the Mawsynram areas in a place called Laitsohum . Mawsynram is also the wettest place on earth
Do visit this beautiful cave and always take the lead of the local guide. They’ll only charge you for 300rupees per day.
