Shalom Rabbi, toda for your labor of love teaching us how to draw closer to Hashem. I wrote to u before , we live in Trinidad in exile we do not have a synagogue here, so its a great blessing to learn how to prepare for Shavaout. Is it possible for us to have your email, there is so much we need to know as we pursue a life of learning Torah. Toda Rabbah

Ravi, Todáh! Question: I work 10 hours a day for 4 days so I can have Friday free to prepare for Shabat. I’m the sole provider in my household and I wake up at 5:00am to pray, get ready, have a kosher breakfast in my home, and then drive to work (where I don’t have a kosher place for lunch so I eat in my car.) I listen to shiurim during work, does that count as Torah study? When I get home from work I barely have energy to eat let alone read although I do try to recite mincha or at least kriyat shema if I can. I’m sure others have similar situations and questions. Thank you Rabi (or his assistant) 😊 Btw I am praying to HaShem to help me build up my own business so I don’t have to work for someone else and I can dedicate more time to Torah. Another question: there is a concept of grounding that we should touch the earth for at least 15 minutes a day to recharge our electrons in our body which help us fight inflammation etc. many athletes do this and some native Americans also have this knowledge. Is it ok to do it for a short amount of time but not prolonged so we don’t drain? Thank you, again!
