What a remarkable drama! This masterpiece will be remembered by generations. What an execution n fine script. Absolutely organic n raw acting,attires n look. Camera work n each n every tiny detail covered is fabulous ❤ The first episode was enough to capture the attention of the viewers. Watched the entire 6 episodes in one day. Teaser of episode 7 is also intriguing. Such a fine n unique concept indeed. This sensitive topic is captured beautifully in this drama. The idea of marrying off a widow/kids in general is shown like the times of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), the announcement part. The story is a phenomenal mixture of 2 cultures and the older times simplicity with the current modern world . Appauld to each n every single person who participated in the production of this show. The trust and emphasis on the words of mouth shown like the older times is commendable. ❤ The natural look and attire makes this drama more realistic. This drama shows women empowerment too, but on a different and a basic level.🙌🙌🙌

This is thinking 'out of the box' !! Kudos to our writers, directors, artists, the entire team!! The selection of the artists playing the lead roles is on spot- the language fusion- the decency- all best Masha'Allah. It's not always glamour, heros, vulgarity or big budgets that pull the crowd ..it's the content that pulls you like a magnet..this is the proof, right here!!

The best thing about this drama is that it is humanizing the Afghani people. It shows that they are humans like everyone else and have real issues. Unlike bollywood and hollywood that exploit their helplessness and show them as rabid terrorists only, this drama is helping open eyes and get respect and empathy for their plight. In pakistan they are refugees affected by war and this is highlighted first time in a show in a respectful manner. This drama shows that people are helpless in face of culture and cultural identity, that no one is born evil and violent but situation makes you a product of its environment. Hopefully Afghan and Punjabi ethnicities are not offended by this show. Its ha dling a sensitive topic very delicately.kudos to the team

I hv written about this drama on my own sm walls in Germany 🇩🇪 and its like this: "GOOSEBUMPS...what a beginning and such an unprecedented ending...I m speechless... It's the act of a man which leads a woman to put her trust on him...and once it's gained, it has to be maintained from both the partners. Let's see how they both will develop this unwilling "bond". It's a story of an old Punjabi (Pakistani man) who was requested to provide shelter (marriage) by an Afghani refugee (a veiled widow & whos husband died during Afghan war) herself, and now their journey begins (integration). Pakistani television dramas can beat any Hollywood Oscar movies...no doubt about that... I ❤️ the KABULI PULAO..." #greenentertainment; you guys have no idea what a master piece you have created, BRAVO! 👏 ❤ 😊

Atlast... After so long... Watching something out of Islamabad and Karachi. There is a huge gap when we used to watch dramas produced by Quetta and Peshawar studios of PTV, as well. Thank you for a huge change. Hope this continues and we are able to watch the rich culture of our other provinces as well.

A brilliantly impactful first episode after a long loooooooong time. The characters, even minor ones like Maradona shone. From the poverty stricken home of Abdullah to the boisterous and happy yet simmering with undercurrents of family drama house of Haji Sahab, I loved each and every character. Haji Sahab, of course, was the heart of the episode, so calm, so loving, just absolutely brimming with wholesome goodness. And that one last look between the two leads, damn...what did it not say. So beautiful. Perfectly performed by the whole cast. Full marks on accents. Great to see some Afghan immigrant representation. Can't wait for the next episode...like literally...I can't.

Haji sahb has phenomenal acting. The ways his face changes during the qubool hai part and when he saw barbina's face. It's beautiful. Every character is nicely portrayed, the Punjabi is lil off tho. It sounds a bit amature but overall the shows goooood. Looking forward to next episodes. Love the tropeee
