Kabsa typically has carrots in the rice and almonds rather than walnuts. I love the desi influence you added to this dish. My husband is Pakistani and I’m half Egyptian half American and I make Arabian food with desi influence always and it makes it sooooo much better. Thanks for the wonderful recipes!!!

I tried ur recipe today it was just fantabulous ☺️, just I added fennel seeds n black pepper trust me it tasted like Saudi kabsa with Indian tadka coz Saudi kabsa is less spicy.. jazakallah mam u r most talented lady I have ever seen , I must say a all-rounder gardening, cooking etc ...
