Kabuli Pulao Recipe - Delicious Afghan Food

i have learned the right way of cooking kabali polao in ur video.i have searched many vidoes of this recipies but not satisfied but now i am.thanks 4 sharing the exact recipie.keep it up.

I have made this pulao now for 2 years following your recipe. It has come out right every single time so far. Thank you so much for all your delicious recipes and for teaching your cooking to us non-afghani people. My husband, a northern Pakistani, double-thumbs up approves, this recipe every time I cook it, which is about twice a month.

Thank you for your wonderful recipe! I have made it many times, following your technique with lamb and never had a problem, I just made it 5 minutes ago for my family. I use baharat seasoning very similiar to pulao masala and extra cumin and put the pistachios in the carrots and currant/raisin foil mixture. When I cook the rice partially it cooks very fast in the meat mixture afterwards. The whole recipe takes me less than an hour. Thank you so much for this and keep your wonderful recipes coming!!!
