As a Jamaican, living in the United States, one love to you 🇯🇲! I used to live less than 3 miles from Bob Marley's Trenchtown! Between May-Pen Cemetery and Coronation Market. This was in the late 60's into late 70's! My dad used to manage Queens Theater on Spanish Town Rd from the 1960s to the late 1970s. Many, many Jamaican artists played there, including Bob Marley, in 1969. I didn't know my father met the infamous Bob Marley and the Wailers! My father was humbled to say he was just Bob! I never appreciated Bob until a few years ago, I'm now 57! I can tell you that I love, love ❤️ ❤️ Jamaica, I miss my childhood home (no longer there) and I love ❤️❤️ my people (I'm Indian with a lot of mixed family members, out of many, one people)!!! My navel string (umbilical cord) was buried in my back yard! I will be going back home but this time I'm bringing my children, as I said before my childhood home isn't there so I hadn't the desire to visit, but Bob's songs made me realize, it's time to go! Sorry for rambling on, 🙏❤️!
