Ingredients:
2 cups dosa batter
1/4 cup kadappa mixture (spicy chutney)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Kadappa Mixture: Start by preparing the kadappa (spicy chutney) mixture. Blend the ingredients to a smooth paste and set aside.
Make the Dosa: Heat a tawa (griddle) and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
