One thing that upsets me in American Ninja Warrior is that they haven't changed the 4th stage even a bit since its inception. Japan has gotten quite creative with it by adding a spider climb and a salmon ladder. Why can't the US version do a similar thing? I personally would like to see a half spider climb, half invisible ladder. It would look both different and cool, in my opinion.
I thought he had it! That being said $100k in 2 straight years is no small feat. This kid is truly is amazing and the most consistent ninja ever rn. Looking forward to continue seeing him dominate in the future
They should keep it at 30 seconds, it's already 30% success rate which proves it's already difficult enough. Every final stage has always been 30 seconds
@@theadventureinsider In Japan, now its 45 seconds(Use from season 31 onward), but it consist of three challenge Speed Climbing(From season 39 onward, season 32-38 use Spider Climb, then Salmon Ladder and finally still a Rope Climbing.
Hope they don't use TV magic next year to make stage 4 easier, just so they can have a winner. It's already so disrespectful to the ninja community - the spirit of competition and pushing boundaries - with what they've done to stage 2 and 3 so they can have more content for TV. The one good thing left of this show for die hard fans is that at least they haven't done anything to stage 4, and it's evident that's where you can see the clear separation of skill level between these guys vs Drew, Geoff, and Isaac. Bring back door knob alley, floating boards, or hang climb in stage 3 and you wouldn't even have one finisher from this year.
@@damonarchary1582 oh yes totally forgot. But yea bring back the curved body prop too and I doubt anyone from this year touches the buzzer for stage 3.
To be fair, Eyeglass alley is a bit of nail biter. especially for the 2nd to last obstacle on stage 3, but I can absolutely agree that most of the other obstacles aren't nearly as hard as theg were 3 or 4 years ago
Stage 2 is not "too easy" anymore. In Seasons 8/9-10 it was too hard. Stage 2 is at a good difficulty now, Stage 3 on the other hand, is permanently nerfed from Season 11.
Honestly if he'd won the million he should have retired lol congrats though, that's hard to beat to be last man standing 2 times in a row on stage 4. Damn
Probably not, I for sure wouldn't and would keep going to try to make a second million for the rest of my ninja career, if I got that far. You can win it as many times as you want, because NBC can afford to give as many grand prizes as they want as it's actually paid out on their insurance. Basically the insurance places a "bet" except that if no one wins, the insurance just takes it back.
@@lostx2180 If you tell so. Dunno 🤷♂️ The rope is same length. 23 meters… (75 feet for the states original one => 22.86 m, maybe even 14 cm shorter then 😆) So, the rope is same length, the course doesn’t change that. it’s a matter of fact. The fastest guy on the rope is the faster. Dot. However, it seems you want to tell, “because it’s not as hard as the us 🇺🇸 course, that’s why…” Then, eventually, could you tell, which part of the course are easier, and why?
