Because you can relate to it. I've been through it myself. Always pressing forward because that's what life needs. Without ever stopping to consider what YOU need Folks like us don't understand more than the needs of the moment. Mourne doesn't feed the family. But then you look up sometimes and break down and don't know why and the only option is to keep moving forward

@@derekhatcher754 the only reason I dropped the show is because the pacing is just all over the place, other than that the set pieces and the character are interesting.

They went to fast into big power & big mistery of the world infortunatly... And the fact that you can rewrite the world in only 3 season just break half of the stakes...

I always thought it was great Kaden got over his vengeance. His need to kill Slyrak was everything, he even wounded Davion just to get to Slyrak. Eventually realizing his error in his pursuit of revenge he throws off the hate and decides to help Davion against the real threat. Vowing to never break his trust again. It would suck if he was written to just be all consumed by his revenge and ignored basic humanity. You see him nuture Davion as he knows the struggle he is going through. The whole Davion being his son thing at the end was a bittersweet touch as he has to carry his corpse home.

@@liam7930 , I’ve never played any of the DOTA games, and I have no desire to ever play the DOTA games, but DragonsBlood is the video game tv series on Netflix that is adaptation done perfectly for fans and none fans to enjoy unlike the terrible League of Legends tv series adaptation on Netflix.

I've had this bookmarked for a couple weeks until I got around to watching season 3, life's been so busy lately. But now that I've seen it I came straight here and as expected NAILED IT, beautiful work as always!! I'm glad you've enjoyed the show & enough to edit it, and I'm glad your talented work has highlighted such an amazing character.

I 100% agree with you it’s not a bad show I just think the show would’ve had more depth and had way more season if they would’ve focused on a specific group of characters each season, chapter, etc… (because honestly it got confusing sometimes especially in the more elf characters I was at times somewhat lost in their transitions)

Imagine if the first season or so was focused only on Kaden and the boy,or rather mostly on these two. Under this light Kaden looks far more interesting, and is because all of our attention comes to him and him alone in this video. Which is sad really when you compare it to the show, where his role feels more like a second character. A very prominent problem when you use so many characters at the same time cramped in like 10 episodes. League of Legends Arcana did the same but their execution was better. My point is, too many characters can ruin their arcs because our attention is all over the place if not done right. And Dota show had too many characters acting at the same time. But if you enjoyed it i'm not gonna tell you otherwise, this is just my thoughts.

The show felt condensed, I admit especially with the characters but I felt it was done rather well. And I'd rather be left with wanting more in a show than wanting less.

This video got me to check out the series with my gf and we loved it. I love Anson Mount as an actor, so him playing Kaden was a big selling point for me. Don't worry, I was sold on watching it after about a minute of the video so no major spoilers. I came back and watched the full video once we finished the series and it's one of my new favourite character amv's along with The Last Belmont and The Dragon Knight. Can't wait for the next season if/when it comes out.

Excellent video. One Kaden line to add would be "I want to change my fate", though it might not fit entirely. I just really enjoyed that line when he was in Foulfell, very poignant.
