INGREDIANTS:
Dry shark - 750 Grms
Boiled Chickpeas - 500 Grms
Masala paste:
Byadagi Chili - 25 nos.
Gundu chili - 15 nos.
Coriander seeds - 2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin - 1.5 Tsp
Black peppercorns - 1/2 Tsp
Garlic cloves - 20 nos.
Tamarind - small piece
Fresh Coriander - handful
Seasoning:
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves
Onion - 2 large - finely chopped.
Tomato 1 large - finely chopped
water - as required
Salt - to taste
Roasted grated coconut - 1 nos.
Fresh Coriander - garnish.
